Justin is really nice and patient, he explained and shown me short videos about all that I don’t understand. After fully inspected by the technician, he gave me some suggestions on critical problems. He also called me about new experience several days later. The only thing is that I could not give some comments about the price since I do not know well about cars, but I guess it’s reasonable.

We were on vacation in Knoxville with our 4 kids. Our air conditioning quit working. Christian Brothers worked us in quickly, so we could get back to enjoying our trip. Plus, they found the problem (that other mechanics had missed), worked us out a great deal. The next day the air quit again. They got us right in, again, and fixed the problem this time at no additional charge. They were friendly, sympathetic to our situation and VERY friendly. Their customer service is above most other places I have seen. They showed me each defective part without me having to ask, and didn’t treat me as an idiot when I didn’t understand. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone local, or traveling through!!!

Great service and atmosphere. Much more affordable than expected. The owner personally assisted me. Bathroom was cleaner than most restaurants. The taxi arrive they provide complimentary is cool.
