It was just okay. Not bad, not great. It’s a comfortable setting but the food was meh. The noodles were dry. My mom got the japanese udon bowl and it tasted like a chemical soup. I got the pad thai with shrimp but it was so dry it wasn’t tasty. We also got the pot stickers, and those were the crowning glory of our meal. The benefit of eating there was that it was fast, but all in all, for the money, I would have been happier someplace else.

First, let me say that my son, Danny Booblay, absolutely adored the meatballs in his spaghetti dinner. He couldn’t even fit the whole meatball in his mouth due to the enormous size of these balls! My other son, Pete, was head over heels in love with the to-go boxes. As for me, my favorite aspect of this particular noodle shack was the men’s restroom. My restroom experience was exquisite. «Wow» is the only thing I could say as I waddled my fat gut into my 4 wheel drive Tahoe. Love these organic ingredient restaurants. Definitely the best noodle shack in Knox.

I’ve eaten here many times and it seems every time I go it gets worse. I usually order the pulled pork sandwich and it’s «okay.» Not bad but not the greatest. The slaw that comes with it is pretty good. This time around I decided to try the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. I added the meatballs to it for some protein. Bad idea. First, they charge $ 2.00 for 5 small meatballs. You can tell the meatballs come frozen, they taste freezer burned. They were still cold when they put them in with the mac & cheese. The mac & cheese itself wasn’t too bad but it was also cold. They put everything in a huge bowl so you think you are getting a good deal, but when you look in it, it’s less than half full. $ 8.00 for this! If I come here again I’ll stick with the pulled pork. The pasta is WAYOVERPRICED.

This Noodles and Co is one of my favorite lunch spots. The food is superb and the staff is very friendly. The penne rosa with parm chicken breast will never disappoint!

Expensive for quality and poorly executed. This is like McDonalds for Thai /Chinese without the expert execution. Even the fancy coke machine was poorly maintained and missing most soda types.

One of my go-to places. Their Alfredo MontAmore is my favorite, followed by the Steak Stroganoff. The ambiance is comfortable and easy. I always eat here whenever I’m around Turkey Creek.

Awesome as always. The only bad thing is weather to get the same delicious dishes as last time or try a new delicious dish.

A complete disappointment. I hate to say it I really do but we drove all the way from Morristown to have some more alternatives and ended up in the Turkey Creek area. We had Indian Food the last time we came(yum! and not far here) and decided to try something different this time. Big mistake. The food was bland and and dull. The beef my husband added to the pad thai looked boiled almost. A very weird color for beef. My Japanese noodle dish was unimpressive and I just don’t know what to say. We left hungry. The lemon herbal slightly sweetened ice tea was great, so there was that.

Sad. This used to be good. Ran in tonight for a to go order. All the tables were dirty with food and trash. Watched them get several orders wrong. Staff seemed really young and not concerned about customers at all. The staff knocked some lids over and didn’t pick them up. Another employee who appeared to be finishing up his shift picked them up. I could not see if he threw them away or put them back on the shelf. My order was wrong but I’m not going back. Sitting in the parking lot writing this review. This place will not stay open much longer.

Not a good experience. Came in just before 6 on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was only half full and they were acting like everyone in town was there. We waited over an hour on our food. 6 parties that came in after us got their food and almost had finished eating before we got ours. The kitchen was crazy and loud. They were giving out the wrong food to the wrong guests. The line to get refunds was as long as the line to order. After asking we finally got our food and the guy was moving so fast he practically threw it down at our table. He was very stressed and it made us stressed out. I work at a restaurant and being careful not to project your stress on the guest is a priority. We were there to eat and relax, not be as stressed as someone working a Saturday night dinner rush. To top it off, our food wasn’t even made correctly but we just had to throw it in Togo boxes and leave. I don’t think I will ever be back

This might be a good place to bring your kids, but as far as quality goes, it is terrible. I’ve eaten there twice and both times ended up disappointed. The quality of the food was second to a lunchroom cafeteria, the front of the house was a complete mess — tables left dirty, food on the floors, drink station a mess, and the staff is incompetent. It’s a lot to sacrifice just so you don’t have to leave a tip. Save your time and money and just go somewhere local and authentic.

It’s completely over. The great days for this place are gone. Too bad so sad. Please eat these things in your own home or a better restaurant. It is a pitty.

Our go to stop when traveling between Cincinnati and Atlanta. Never disappoints. Great alternative to the usual burger/chicken road food. Kids love it. Great selection of dishes from American to Asian and we especially like that you can choose which, if any meat you want in your dish. Convenient location close to highway!

Strengths: Food good. Diverse pastas. Plenty of seating. Opportunities: Place was filthy. Food on floor. Had to repeat order 4 times and it was still wrong. Music a little too loud. Summary: Overall, not bad. Service needs work but the end product is fine.

This was my first time at a Noodles & Company and I got the Penne Rosa. YUM! It was awesome. I also got to try my friend’s Japanese Pan Noodles which was quite yummy but spicy too! I want to go back and try more! :)

The first thing you should know about Noodles and Company is that there is a selection to fill almost any noodle craving. The menu is divided up into 3 sections: American: Consists of choices like Mac and Cheese and Stroganoff Mediterranean: Spaghetti and Penne based dishes Asian: Rice Noodle or Udon based creations You can add(for an extra cost) the protein. They have several different meats; beef tips, meatballs, chicken, and shrimp, but best of all TOFU!!! The tofu is an excellent addition to the Asian dishes, which by the way, is all I ever get. This is a very vegetarian friendly place! I have tasted the meet-free versions of some of the American and Mediterranean pastas, and they were very yummy as well. They also have sandwiches, salads, and some carnivorous appetizers. I did have the Thai Coconut Soup side. It wasn’t bad, very fresh, but quite bland, The other thing you should know about Noodles and Company is that nothing tastes particularity«authentic». Everything is very much Americanized, but that’s not a terrible thing in this case. The focus of this place seems to be freshness, variety, and value. I have eaten at this location of Noodles and Co several times and I have a nice experience each time. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating when in comes to substitutions and such. The restaurant is very modern and kept extremely clean. This is a great place to go if you want something quick, affordable, and with lots of variety.
