Crouch Florist

If Crouch Florist continues to be as hateful toward its employees now as it was 10 years ago, then forget them. I want them to fail.
If they are as petty as that toward the people that make the business actually function and continue to work as a business, imagine how they feel about us, the customers?

If I could give a 4.5 I would. If you’re looking for high quality at a good price, this is your place.
The bad part first… When I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted. I explained to the clerk that I was purchasing flowers for my wife for our 8 year anniversary. The clerk seemed impatient as I wasn’t exactly sure what kind of arrangement I was looking for. I’m not a flower guy, so I had no clue what she was talking about as she rattled off names of flowers. There was nothing on display for me to choose from, with the exception of a couple bundles of roses in a giant empty cooler. I had to ask a couple times to see some examples, and only got to see a few things as she quickly thumbed through a book.
The good part. I decided to go with one of the rose arrangements, which was very reasonably priced, at which time the clerk brightened right up and snapped into action, added some other flowers that worked very well, and gave me an amazingly beautiful arrangement. My wife was floored with the outstanding quality of the flowers!
It would be nice to have more to visually choose from, and have staff that recognizes that not everyone is a florist.
I will definitely return, but I might do some google work to educate myself on flowers beforehand.

Terrible customer service!
If you are on the phone and a customer walks in, at least acknowledge that they are there. We were practically standing there in front of her face for 10 min and she did not even look up once. Also, the manager was sitting in his office, walked out, saw us, grabbed a few papers and then walked back in.
Don’t waste your time here. Other than their lack of customer service, they did not have the greatest selection of flowers. Go to Echelon instead.

SOooo Not only did they call the Funeral home and had the nicest floral arrangement sent over! Apparently they went the extra mile for my friend and took time out of thier delivery day to deliver the floral arrangement to the cemetary when it couldn’t fit into the funeral cars!
This place is awesome. it touched my friend and family so much to see such a beautiful floral arrangements on such a sad day! So thank you Crouch Florists!!!
