I received a bible for Christmas but the print was difficult to read. The bible was returned for a larger print. Still difficult due to the thin pages and letters bled through. I tried to return the bible myself but didn’t have the box. I was asked if I had the box. No. Therefore no return, no store credit. That’s fine. I told her the problem with the thin pages and trouble reading it. She told me that’s how they all are. She did not offer to show me the more expensive «behind the counter» ones but I asked anyway. She showed me and they were better but still not good enough. She was rather short with me and was no help with offering suggestions or recommendations. I guess it is my fault thinking a Christian book store would do anything to help a customer search for a good bible. 2 stars because the guy at the front check out was very nice and there is a good selection of other books. Just a poor selection of cheaply made bibles.
