Great hotel, staff & price! Hotel was very nice at a great price. Staff was very friendly and courteous. I arrived without a reservation and was given a great big room on the first floor and was upgraded to a suite, can’t beat that. After a long exhausting drive I was very grateful they had a room. Bed and pillows made my night very comfortable & relaxing. The breakfast was very good, they have real plates and utensils. Definitely will stay here again. Located in a nice shopping area, variety of restaurants and conveniently located off of highway I-40/75. You definitely get more than what you pay for. Thanks for the great service!!!

Stayed here two nights and if you are anything like me it is all about how the beds and pillows are when staying somewhere. It may have been just the bed I stayed in but that mattress was hard as a rock! Besides that the hotel was nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was pretty good. Biscuits sausage or bacon and eggs. They also have a make your own waffle and pancake area. I will stay here again and hope for a softer bed. Got my room through priceline. $ 82 a night.

Probably have other rooms that are better but this one smells like a nursing home. Decently clean but the smell makes it feel gross.

Older décor but I’m a dude and I don’t really care, just saying. The staff was great, Candace was very polite and helpful. I got upgraded due to something going on in another room and I have to say that Marriott has came through again as far as service goes. Very nice place for a business trip or vacation spot.

I rarely write a review but this experience cannot be overlooked. First, customer service. I had a problem with my room and Best Western booking in general and no one offered advice nor took ownership of the situation. I asked the lady at the front desk and she walked away without even trying to resolve my concern. I was the only person in the lobby at 8am. She walked over to a computer and told me to contact reservations. Um… I needed to stay another night in the area because the hotel is near Parkwest Medical Center. She apparently didn’t care. She represents Best Western and if this is the service they provide I will never stay at a Best Western again… needless to say… NEVER at this hotel. Yes, I have a bed, a shower, and a tv. Everything I need for a nights rest. However, this is the hospitality industry and my experience falls very short of pleasant. I will also note there are dead bugs in my room and the stairwell is used for storage(old pans, sinks, wood, and various construction pieces.) The face of this Best Western isn’t friendly and neither is the cosmetic appearance. Be forewarned if you book. This hotel just simply doesn’t care. There are so many hotels in the area. Save yourself the time and give your money to a hotel(and company) that values its customers and appearance.

You know what? This place is on the above average side. Which means it’s a winner in Knoxville. Paid less than half what other better hotels are asking on this football weekends(I’m looking at you, downtown Hilton and Marriott). Let’s compare. Room? About the same. Bathroom? Meh. Amenities? Better. Location? In the BLOWHOLE of Cedar Bluff, so yeah, it sucks. Overall, saving $ 500 for 2 nights was worth it. Do I seek this joint out normally? Do you seek out Strep Throat?

We had an enjoyable night at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of waffles, juice, biscuits, cereal, sausage, etc. The room wasn’t the newest or most updated, but very well kept. The cost was good compared to surrounding hotels and the location was convenient for I-40 travelers. I would recommend this hotel for the Knoxville area. The highlights were the phone in the bathroom and the view of the TN Vols van parked outside. It was a pleasant stay and it truly was an executive suite, phone in the«office» included! They also had an offer for checking in, very helpful!

I started this experience with Best Western Plus GREAT and finished FANTASTIC! I booked a 7 night stay with Priceline for a GREAT price. The booking was for two queen beds or a king(whatever available at the time off check inn). I called immediately and asked the person at the desk if they could reserve me the king bed. His response was let me see what I could do. He finally said yes and booked my stay in a King SUITE for now extra cost. I was shocked at his efficiency and his friendliness. I got off the phone excited for my stay. When I entered into the hotel I was feeling a little apprehensive with my decision to stay because the Lobby seemed a little dated. I soon was distracted with my apprehensions with the gracious welcome that my wife and I received. The room was nice and up to date, it had a desk, large flat screen a refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was clean and mattress good. What really made the visit was the Staff! Every employee greeted me with a smile, eye contact and a greeting. Maria the housekeeper who watched after our room was so loving that we felt like she was really taking care of us. We share our lives during conversation. She always made our bed the way we like with extra blankets between two sheets. She always talked to us and the last day we saw her she purposely stopped working and gave my wife and I a big hug. Then we had Debbie at the front desk who went out of our way to make sure we had cookies when we got back to the hotel late. If you don’t know they have a cookie service with free cookies starting late afternoon. We always got back around 11pm and missed the cookies, but Debbie took care of that. Then there was ms Wanda who always had the free breakfast stocked and a fun laugh that made you feel good. Her and Debbie had a great personality and would joke with you. I have truly felt like I was staying at a family member’s house this week. I will be back to knoxville and I am going to make sure I stay at this Best Western Plus even without a good price. I finally know why it is a PLUS– because It has the most FANTASTIC people working here.

You definitely get a good nights sleep at this location. They are courteous and accommodating. My company has paid for a lot of night here, and once I had a last minute trip I couldn’t pre-book. I showed up super late, and they matched my rate and gave me a room no problem. I would send my friends and family here when they come to visit!!!

We stayed there last night and everything was fine; the room was very clean, it was very quiet, the mattress was comfortable, and both the evening & morning front-desk clerks were *very* friendly. The breakfast was the usual carb fest, but the coffee was very good(they also have coffee available at all times and we took some with us).

We bought a Living Social deal here and ended up spending three nights in the Presidential Whirlpool Suite. Oooh la la. :) It was really fun! The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and the room was very clean and neat and large. AMAZING huge whirlpool bathtub… worth it for that alone. Breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast, but hey, you could make your own waffle. Wifi was very slow, and I’m not sure if it is that way everywhere or was because we were in a far corner of the building.
