Zaxby’s

I went today for lunch with my friend and ordered the chicken tenders with fries. My meal looked very sad. My tenders looked like they had been re-​fried and the fries was ok. I only ate two of the four tenders they were very dry and had no taste. For $ 9.29 i expect more of a decent meal. I will not be returning, not sure what happened because this restaurant use to have really good chicken. Two thumbs down!

Not impressed. Small portions and the chicken was very dry. There was no one else inside yet the staff was very inattentive and not very welcoming.

I am a huge fan of the chain and have supported it over any other chicken place but my last visit was a total let down. The place wasn’t very clean, service was ok but the worst of it all was the size of the tenders! I thought they made a mistake and gave me tenders from the kids meal but sadly, I was mistaken; the chicken tenders are smaller than before yet we’re paying the same or more. Sadly dissapointed for sure

Sooooo glad this particular Zaxby’s closes at 11pm. We were tired and so hungry and just wanted some chicken from the best place in the world, lol.
The food was hot and delicious. Very great customer service as well!

Really good food and the place looks like a sports bar, makes me want to have a beer every time I go. (they don’t sell alcohol)

We were greeted as we approached the register with smiles and a hello. Nemesis was extremely helpful and friendly making sure we got what we wanted.
I decided to try the spicy honey bbq wings and I wasn’t disappointed. All of our food as hot and fresh. We will be back.

Delicious for fast-​food restaurant chain. The chicken was well flavored and like homedown southern fried to perfection and the Zax sauce is so yummy. Fries are crinkled and well seasoned. Customer service was A+

Great food, just like all the others.
One problem, the parking lot is too dark at night. It shares with a mini mart and there are people who hang out in this lot.
Creates an uneasy feeling…

First time at a Zaxby’s, will recommend as we plan to go back. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, hot food (which tastes good). If in the mood for good chicken please stop here.

Great food and great price!
They have a meal where you can get some of their fried chicken strips, fries, and a drink for just a couple bucks. A great value.

Chicken salad sandwich is always good as are their chicken tenders (with Zaxby sauce — nummers!). Been there many times dining in and driving thru and the experience is always a good one.

Fast food. They do chicken. Not bad, and cheap.

So, they give a 10% discount on Sundays if you bring in a church bulletin. What the hell is that? Is this the Bible belt? Anyway…
The food is really good and affordable. I’ll go here regularly.

I don’t think you can get better chicken at any fast food restaurant (or even a casual dining restaurant) than you can get at Zaxby’s. The chicken is so moist, tender and flavorful and is served with their trademark semi-​spicy Zax Sauce. The menu is really limited to chicken tenders, sandwiches, wings and salads and it’s all good. There are no burgers, fish, etc on the menu so if you don’t want chicken, this is not the place to come. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you are served. For $ 4.99, you can get a Big Zax Snax Meal with 3 large tenders, fries, Texas Toast and a drink. They call this «fast food» but they do not have the chicken sitting under a heat lamp. It’s made to order and it shows. I live about 15 miles from this location but I have to come here at least every week to get my fix

Decent, fast-​food chicken, with leanings toward buffalo wings and the like. The boneless-​wings-​on-​Texas-​toast sandwich is filling (and messy!) but a tasty twist on the chicken sandwich.
