Went here for a late night dinner with my wife. She got the fried shrimp basket and I got the fried chicken. They got my order wrong and gave me only two pieces instead of three. Chicken was nothing special. Grocery store fried chicken is better. Fries are plain, nothing special. Bread was not good either and looked stale. Was expecting more, I recommend trying to find another place.

Definitely not like it used to be… Maybe new owners perhaps? Chicken was hot and fresh but not crispy at all. I’ve been fine from Florida for about a year and a half and had Crown Chicken was on my «to go eat» list and I envisioned the crispy outer skin and moist juicy chicken in the inside but got the opposite. I think it was some Muslim owners when I went almost two years ago and the chicken was soooooo good. Soda machine was not working properly. The Pepsi was all carbonated, limiting your options to a few. The tea container on the side was full of water. I’ll stick to Dixie Chicken.

This is a up north official Crown Fired Chicken. For the locals this is the best spot to get that up top food. Don’t take my word — try it for yourself… It’s very clean & the staff is on point. Best chicken in Kissimmee & Orlando… They have very good daily lunch specials.

Two stars because my fish was made to order and the place looked clean. No salt on fries and they forgot to put my cole slaw in the bag.
My wife had the snack pack 2 piece with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. Chicken was okay and mashed potatoes tasted like they came out of a box.
Customer service was blah. I tried to engage the guy at the counter. He never even smiled.
I won’t be going back.
