Now it’s called Valerie’s Authentic Mexican Restaurant. I got to meet the manager Ramon and the woman behind the magical door in the kitchen, Carmen. She says her secret ingredient is love. She cooks with such heart. I tried a bit of everything. The steak, Gordita, steak tacos, Chilaquiles Rojos, Steak torta. Baby girl and I loved it. I blogged about this one and I truly did love it. I cannot wait to go back again with the fam.
