Saved a few bucks, and it was pretty easy. I took my confirmation number to the desk at my resort and had my Disney ticket in less than 5 minutes. I only had one small issue, and I’m not sure whose side it was on — T2U or Disney. When I got to the park my ticket didn’t light up the mouse icon at the gate. They had to bring someone over to scan it with an ipad, and he said it had a chip instead of an RFID or something like that. So I had to go to guest services and exchange it for a different card, then have that transferred to my magic band. This caused my Fast Pass reservations to not show up on my itinerary. For my trouble Disney gave me open-ended Fast Passes for the day, so I could go on whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. Which was well worth having to spend 30 minutes at guest services exchanging my tickets. I’d use Tickets 2 You again without hesitation.

I ordered tickets for Disney World for my sister’s birthday, and compared to other places I checked out, this was the cheapest. I had to call them to make sure I could have them delivered to the hotel, and their customer service was fantastic. I don’t visit the parks often enough for an annual pass, so if you’re the same, check out the cheaper tickets here if you plan on only going once or twice.
