Poor service. Bland food. Skip it. Food doesn’t taste like it should. Worst Black Angus visit ever! Oh and they force 18% gratuity!(Added it with the bill!)

Average food, nice atmosphere. All of the steaks were north of $ 22 except the house steak. The steaks were cooked well, but the house steak is a very cheap steak. The salad and rolls were fresh.

From out of town and trying to stay close to our hotel for dinner. The menu was frustrating. If you want anything besides a burger you better be ready to pay over $ 22. There’s one 8 oz. «house steak» for $ 11.99 but it’s so cheap compared to everything else that I was suspicious. Our server was sweet and is the only reason for the two stars. My blue cheese dressing with my house salad tasted overwhelmingly like tuna fish. Obviously there are some bad food storage practices in the fridge. My steak was okay but I asked for medium rare and it came out grey with zero juice, The meal between the two of us came to $ 80! It didnt seem to add up at all. The drinks we ordered came in 12 oz cups(size of beer can) and cost so much money I questioned our server who tried to convince me the cups we 20 oz. Silly prices, and cut corners all around. Whole place had the lighting of a morgue and smelled of Pinesol and onions.

We arrived with a busy crowd around 7 pm. The service was great, the steaks and house specialtys were very tasty. The baked potato was actually baked to perfection. They include the tip in the meal. Overall just great food at a great price. They have great bread with honey and butter on the side. So tasty.

Best dinner I had in my Orlando trip. Fresh materials, reasonable price. Went there 3 time. Must try their House Steak! It’s juicy and tender. And I love their dipping sauce for the bread — butter + honey is so lovely!

Ok, not great. The place was nearly empty — I mean cavernous, spooky kind of empty. Imagine going to Epcot, and not seeing a single person … anywhere … you might wonder if the aliens had landed and spirited everyone up to their mother ship … at least I would. This was the feeling here. The server was as old and tired as the restaurant. I mean, Invasion of the Body Snatchers kind of old. Crypt keeper old. And she acted it. She shuffled, moaned about carrying plates and menus, and seemed to groan when we asked for, like lemon for our tea. I mean the place was empty, and she could not keep up with two tables? At some point, I think she muttered something about being called in on her day off, which must have counted for her attitude. The food itself was edible … I got some kind of burger. Then the server, literally chastised me for not eating the bun. I said, dude, I am watching the carbs. Ok, maybe I should have told them to hold the bun, but to be honest, I kind of like to wait and see if the bun is actually worth the extra carbs or not. In this case, it was definitely not worth the carbs, nor the calories. Still, I was somewhat aghast at her confronting me like that. Dude… who made her the bun police.

Was very good, service was a little slow but it was an off hour(we were one of two parties there) salad and bread were good as was the food(filet mignon and shrimp) the filets were two small filets but were ample and I’d much rather have two small filets that are actually filet mignon than large pieces of sirloin which are not truly Filets, I recommend

Very disappointed… Atmosphere of a dollar store. Food was sub-par…service questionable. I ordered ice tea w/o sugar… Took a sip and spit it out(I am diabetic). Waitress was confused. You don’t make this kind of mistake and take it lightly. Everything seemed bare bones and unenticing. It was cheap but I would gladly pay more for a better quality dining experience.

Everything here was great! The only thing that I could complain about would be that the rolls we not warm! Great food for the price and we will be back!

First of all, we were seated where the staff seemed to be leaning against the wall behind us lurking. Talk about uncomfortable. I ordered the 32 ounce Porterhouse… rare. Of course, they assumed I meant medium rare… no! Rare! I know what I like… if I say what I want give me what I want. What’s so hard about direction?

We have been to this location a number of times in the past. The food was good but it seem to have gone down hill. It started when we walked in and no one was there to seat us. After yelling a few time someone came out. My wife ordered the house steak and I ordered the Prime rib. Wife’s steak had haft grizzle. I ask for Prime rib medium well but it came rare and I sent it back and it came back again still rare. The waiter said he would take it back again and I told him to forget it as it was late by that time. No manager ever came out all. The waiter gave me the bill and said we will take 50 percent off the prime rib. I will never go back the this location. The only part of the meal any good was the salad.

Personally I prefer the Black Angus on 535 for the décor and atmosphere, but this one has that great Black Angus service and food. Would give 4.5 stars if that was an option.

We just had dinner at the Black Angus. The food was nice. The Filet Mignon was tender and the lobster tails were also okay. Service is average. The inside of the restaurant look rather like a high school cantine. For the price we paid(USD126.85 for 2 adults and 2 kids) I was expecting way more — or in other words there are way cheaper restaurants with a better ambiance and food which is for sure as good.

Look for the 15% off coupon in the local coupon books. I have been to many steakhouses and I must say this was one of the best that I have been to. Entering the restaurant we were greeted by a friendly young hostess and we were seated right away. The décor is simple, the restaurant is well lit, there are a few widescreen TVs on the walls. The table, seats and floors were clean. Everything was timely as expected from being seated, ordering drinks, ordering appetizers and to ordering our entrees. The bread that was offered before the appetizers and entrees was fresh and delicious. A scoop of butter covered in honey made a nice difference. Our Caesar salads were crisp, cold, tasty. The jumbo shrimp cocktail was exactly that, jumbo shrimp. I have not seen shrimp that large in quite a while. The shrimp was served cold on ice and was delicious I had the prime rib which was cooked medium rare, perfectly, and nicely seasoned. My wife had a boneless ribeye steak cooked black and blue which came out perfect. While not cheap, it is well worth the money. It is nice to have something different when on vacation instead of the usual funnel cake and chicken fingers lol. We shall definitely return to this restaurant in the future.

After a long day of traveling to Orlando, this was where we ended up for dinner the first night. It was a bit late, but we were able to sneak in without having to wait for a table. Our server was friendly, but definitely seemed like he was in a rush– which is strange considering he only had 2 or 3 tables. He was in a rush to get our drink order, but wasn’t in much of a rush to bring our drinks. Once he brought those, he was in a rush to get our order in. Maybe they’re just used to being crazy busy and they don’t know how to be friendly and have a normal dining pace? There are a few drinks on the drink menu that come with a souvenir glass. In our case, we needed to ask to take the cup home– when we asked, the server seemed startled we wanted to take the glass home, and then said he’d get us clean ones to take home. I will say, the rolls are tasty. They server them with country crock honey butter, which my sweet tooth mother and uncle loved. The salad is a spring mix, so if you’re an iceberg only person, be aware. The steaks were acceptable, I wasn’t wowed by any means but it did the job.

We had a nice comfortable dinner here. Definitely nothing fancy or exceptional but the waitress was nice and helpful. The food was good«diner style grub». One of the most memorable things was the bizarre eclectic décor. We spent the whole time trying to figure out if there was any sort of theme. Good? Bad? We were confused. I wouldn’t rush back but wouldn’t say stay away either

I know when I have a 5 star experience and this place doesn’t offer that. I also know hip or old skool when I see it and neither can describe Black Angus. Here’s the deal: don’t be afraid to dine here early in your stay and don’t have unreasonably high expectations… do that and you’ll probably return again. After trying several places on the strip, I just wanted somewhere I could trust to deliver a well-rounded experience. Mission accomplished.
