Only occasionally ordering delivery on a lazy night with my family Pizza Hut is timely and the delivery guys are always super friendly and polite. The big box deal is more than enough food to feed 4 of us for a decent price. The pizza is okay but we are big fans of the cheesy bread sticks.

Slow slow slow, ordered online and it was 25 minutes late and our wings were sold to someone else. Trouble getting our refund. They did through in breadsticks for free. Pizza was good enough.

Always feel like I’m getting red-​carpet treatment when I carry out from here. Everyone seems genuine and the food is always hot and fresh. They take the time to ask how you are and if you are waiting, they give you an update to how much longer it’ll be until your order is ready or how long your order was held. When it is brought over the counter, they take the time to open the box to make sure you give the thumbs-​up on their work. Great customer service.

When I got an e-​mail from Pizza Hut for a large 1 topping pizza for only $ 6.55, I had to do it. I should have skipped it. I tried to use the Pizza Hut app, but couldn’t remember my password. So I sent the request for it to be sent to me. And then I waited… and waited… I finally gave up and came up with a work around. The password ended up coming 30 minutes later. I was already picking up my pizza by then.
When I got to this location, it was pouring down rain. I ran in and found quite a few people waiting inside. When I got to the counter, the woman behind the counter was having an issue with running the card of the guest in front of me. That’s when we all waited… and waited. She then called a guy from the back to come and help. He just had this look of pure frustration. He said this happens when it rains. Huh? Come again? It rains everyday here in the summer. Time to upgrade the system!
As the rain came down, that darn card still couldn’t do anything. He was so frustrated that he reminded me of Curly slapping his own face. I felt bad for the guy. The line grew to the door. In the meantime, my pizza came out and just sat on the counter getting cold.
Finally, the system came back up and I paid quickly. I ran back out in the rain because I was starving. Got home, opened the box and found that my pizza was close to being raw. The edge was crispy and that was it. So undercooked it’s not even funny. But I wasn’t about to go back out in the rain. So it went in my own oven to finish. Just not a good night for pizza.

Only done delivery but they always bring extra seasonings and are super friendly.
