Lousy attitude so early in the morning. They can’t get a simple order right.

This is a lovely Panera bread! The service is great. The food is great. The staff is friendly. This is the perfect place to come when you want something nice and refreshing but you don’t want to spend a lot of money. After a long day of shopping at The Loop and being attacked by the Florida heat, stopping here will be a nice reward for yourself. Overall, I had a great experience!

I had the worse experience in this panera bread store. I placed an order online, since it was a big order I had to wait 1 hour to pick it up, once I arrive there to pick up my order the cashier said that it was not there so she called the Manager. The manager was so rude to me and started making excuses for why the food was not ready and that she cannot give me a refund because her system won’t let her. She basically forced me into buying food worth of $ 84 dollars, and I had to wait for it. The whole point of me ordering and paying online was so I don’t have to wait but I had to wait for the food to be prepared for about 20 minutes add to that the whole hour that I waited at home and the 15 minutes that she was making excuses. I wasted almost 2 hours and she didn’t even offer me any thing for free neither a sincere apology. I am so disappointed that I am never going back to Panara.

The food was excellent! Very good taste and super healthy! But wish the staff would be more watchful of the beverages, they ran out of iced tea, although I told an employee, 20 minutes later there was still no iced tea…

Love this location. Customer service is always great, and my order is always right and delicious. They have a new smoothie called the Passion Power smoothie and it is amazing. It has passion fruit, peaches, pineapple, mango and spinach. Definitely my go to place when I want something light and healthy.

Had a pleasant lunch with my wife. The staff is always very attentive and as always the food is fresh and delicious. Loved Thai chicken salad, and my wife can never get enough of the creamy tomato soup… Good eats!

While all Paneras are pretty much the same(though the one on Lake Eola in downtown Orlando has a charming outdoor dining area), one thing can certainly be said about their food — delicious. For those who haven’t been, don’t expect anything fancy, but do be prepared for some well prepared sandwiches and soups. Speaking of soups… do try the broccoli and cheese and the clam chowder. You can get both in bowl size OR if you want to load up on carbs, order the soup in a bread bowl. Either way you will be delighted. I have tried a number of the sandwiches and wraps and have yet to be disappointed. As sandwich places go, this one is a tad bit pricey, but the ½ sandwich/wrap and soup combos won’t break the bank if you visit a couple of times a month. Another plus — free wifi.

I seriously cut this place some slack back then, it seemed. When you compare this Panera to other Paneras it completely pales in comparison. One of my main qualms with this place is how stupidly small it is. I understand you are inside the Loop, but could the planner or designer not have figured, «Hmm… maybe this place might get crazy busy around lunch time.»? Seriously, it’s way too small. It’s hard to even find a table sometimes, and one without the prior customer’s food crumbs on it. The service is indeed fast, but I’ve recently experienced some missteps in the preparation. I’ve once gotten a regular bowl when I asked for a bread bowl and another time I got a completely different sandwich. Like, what’s up? Also, there used to be a time where Panera had absolutely delicious chicken noodle soup. However, they changed their formula for it some time ago and now it tastes like it comes directly out of a Campbell’s can. The food is good enough, the service is touchy, and it’s way too small for how busy it gets.(This Panera deserves a 2.5, though. But we can blame that one on Unilocal.) If you want Panera then go to the one next to the Turnpike on Osceola, it’s better.
