This store is horrible! Horrible lines, and returning/exchanging policies! Make it impossible for you to exchange anything. Never shopping here again

In the realm of ‘discount’ stores I find Kohl’s on the more expensive side. This store is usually clean but the registers are always busy and the wait is usually long. I’m not a fan of the layout of the store either, it seems like things are not well organized compared to other department stores.

Everytime I go to this location it seems there is never anyone on the floor to assist. When I have a problem with something or need help and go to customer service there is an older woman there and she is exceptionally rude. I avoid going to this location if at all possible.

This is the store of cheap clothes that only last one season. And sometimes they don’t even last one wash! But when you need a quick something to wear, you can always find a cute something or other for 20 bucks or less. Be sure not to pay full price, or you’re a rube! Make sure to get a Kohl’s store card, as it allows a generous return policy and extra discounts throughout the year!

I like this Kohl’s store. The office where I work is somewhat near to it, and I’ll pop-in from time-to-time when I feel like taking a little break from my desk. All-in-all I think this is a great location, with great merchandise options. Of course, they are continuously having good sales as well(I think Kohl’s is somewhat known for this). There are just a couple of beefs I have here, and it’s really nothing that would keep me from shopping here in the future(unless either get out of hand). — The crowd. It’s never super-crowded, but the customer base regularly consists of older folks(who move very, very slow), and foreign folks who aren’t often the most courteous. I don’t mean for either of these to sound mean or prejudice, it’s just two little challenges I’ve noticed a couple of times. — There’s typically only one or two check-out lines open. Now, since I’ve never been to this store when it’s über-crowded, this hasn’t really posed a problem for me. I’ve had to wait like five minutes or so, but I’m a relatively patient person so I don’t mind. I could see it being a source of irritation, though, during the holidays or busier seasons(which, I’m hoping, the staff is beefed up). Like I said, though, these are really the open«problems» I have with this location.

Kohl’s is a pretty good one-stop shop for all things clothing and other housewares. The fashion is a little hit or miss, but usually I can find a few things I like among all the selections. Their pricing is also pretty decent, and they have a lot of sales. Or, better yet, find out what you want from the store. Then go to and look up coupons codes for . Last week I ordered a couple of shirts, and used coupon codes from to get 20% off and free shipping. Just a thought!

I don’t really love Kohl’s, but don’t mind coming if my wife has to pick something up. They will typically send out additional 15−30% off coupons, which makes the clotinhg very affordable.

Couldn’t complain about the selection for my fiancée’s wardrobe for her new job. Dropped about $ 240 on maybe 12 – 15 items and«saved» more than we spent, so the various sale & clearance items were all pretty good. Didn’t spend a lot of time in the men’s sections, but if they are a standard Kohl’s, it’s fair. What I didn’t like about this Kohl’s(well, all of them really) is that despite having a ton of good deals, their men’s dress shirts & ties are quite expensive. Not overly-so, but I’d like them to carry some ties less than $ 30. They’re supposed to be a bit cheaper than Macy’s and Pennys and other department stores, but the men’s sections often are not.
