Sephora

This store is small and I was looking for one specific product. I went with my teenagers who use way more cosmetics than I do… and my daughter was told rudely that what she had picked up was not to try. She hadn’t opened it, had merely picked it up and this clerk just was following us with suspicion. I finally asked for the manager and complained. She said she would take care of it, but it was insincere and showed. I went with the intention to drop a nice bit of change, but they will never see my money again. I never felt so upset on a trip to the store.

I love their makeup! I got some foundation that was too dark there and they let me exchange it for a lighter shade with no problem, no questions asked!

This is a small Sephora in the JC Penny store. The selection isn’t as good as at a regular store but the staff is usually friendly and they are helpful.
The return policy is great so don’t be afraid to try something you are unsure of, Just keep your receipt!!! They will take it back if you’re not happy with it.
Great store if you have a regular product you can just pop in and grab without having to go to the mall!

My most recent visit to Sephora was again confirmation of why I would much rather shop here rather than at Ulta.
I did not know this store was located inside the JCPenney until the Sephora logo showed up on my smart phone From my Sephora app. However, now that I know, Ulta will not see me again unless I need some butter London polish.
Customer service is by far exceptional at Sephora. I was greeted when I walked into the area, and it was like I had my personal shopping assistant the entire time. Nicole was very patient and listening to what I wanted.
In addition, she offered to assist with trying on the eyeshadow, as well as the mascara I wanted to try. OMG, Lancôme is the best thing my eyelashes have ever come into contact with! It is truly the Escalade of all mascaras!
I feel it is so important to get instruction on how to use the beauty products that you purchase, otherwise you’re not really getting the full use of it.
I cannot say enough good about my visit, and I’ll make sure to come visit soon. My goal every time I come into this store is to spend $ 100 or less, needless to say that did not happen on this visit.
