KFC

I hate to write bad reviews but this one is needed. When I say this is the worst KFC on the planet, I really mean it’s the WORST KFC on the planet. I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember (since its close to my house) and the service has always sucked. Constant lines, both inside and the drive thru, and the food is poor. The workers are snotty and rude. Today I went to pick up some food and I went through the drive thru, took 15 min from ordering my food to getting it. The imbecile at the window was handing me my money and the wind blew it away! You know what she did? Shut the window immediately and started laughing, and the next time she opened the window she said she was «sorry» while giggling. I managed to get some of my money back, that assured me I will NEVER come back here.

This KFC/​Taco Bell restaurant has the worst customer service out of all the fast food restaurants in the whole Kissimmee area. The people who speak with you in the drive thru intercom are EXTREMELY rude and give you attitude. Oh yeah, and I was 3^rd in line at the drive thru and waited more than 10 minutes to reach the intercom. I even spoke with a manager and he seemed to not even care, he simply said I’m so sorry and turned around to keep doing his job. I’ve chosen to spend my money elsewhere even if I have to drive farther.

Most disgusting place I’ve been to. And staff doesn’t know anything about the product they are clueless

This is the only KFC/​Taco Bell in my area. This quick service restaurant seems to have issues no matter what time of the day. Expect to wait, don’t come here in a rush. Speed of service is not the main priority here! As for the food, it meets the KFC/​Taco Bell taste, but expect something wrong on special orders. «no lettuce, no beans, etc»
I have actually driven out of my way, and have gone the extra miles to avoid the long wait times here. You may imagine long wait times means plenty of people, no your wrong. I’ve been the only car in their drive thru, and still exceeded wait times of 10−15minutes. «Fast food OK».

I came here after the sudden craving for KFC wings. I needed it. I was drowning in my own self contained thought packed with saliva and rage. I rushed to this place!
Not sure what I said. Or what exactly happened but the lady in the drive thru felt bad for me. Bad enough to drop a few extra wings in there for free. Oh lady! God bless you! I needed those wings so bad!

Never got my food after waiting in line for 15 minutes. «Our credit card machine is down.» No apology, no food, no return.

So, every once in a while I decide to eat crap food. And this place is convenient, so why not?
I come for taco bell. The have the Cantina menu my mom has been telling me about, so I decided to check it out.
So basically, with my cantina bowl, i got cilantro rice, with black beans, lettuce, corn, and probably some other type of sauce. The serving size was out of control for 5 bucks, but that is to be expected here in America.
Actually, it’s just a tropichop one might receive at Pollo Tropical, just a little bit saucier – it’s more juicy. The catina bowl is decent. Chips – tired and stale for days.
So, at this location you can order anything from the KFC or Taco Bell menu. I use the drive thru. This might be frustrating if you are actually in a hurry.
I seem to always have some sort of reading material with me, so this makes it bearable.

KFC was a quick stop when we were running errands and looking for a quick bite. The service was slow and the chicken and sides were not very fresh.
This is one of those combo KFC/​Taco Bell locations and the people behind us ordered Taco Bell. Everything on their order was wrong. They ordered steak and chicken choices and every single item came out as ground beef. I watched as it took over 5 minutes for someone to return to the counter to talk to them. hey continued processing drive-​thru orders while ignoring patrons at the counter. The customer waiting on food asked for a manager and I never saw one come to speak to her. When we finished and left, they were still waiting at the counter for their food (a good 15 minutes later).
A quick run by the restroom was a horror show with human waste on the toilet, the floor and all over the walls. It looked like no one had checked the restroom in hours. I Wish we had stopped in first and we would have never eaten there…
The drive thru is always busy at this location, but with what we saw inside… I would never eat there again.
