Burger King

This Burger King is terrible… Ordered a whopper was cheese no pickles and a small onion ring… I received a giant Hamburger that was buried in lettuce… No mayo or cheese… and old cold onion rings… called the number on the receipt and received a «the sprint voicemail you received»…left a message last Thursday and I’m still waiting for a callback… searched the Burger King online and called that number… received the same «sprint voicemail»…left a message and still waiting for a callback… Good thing I took pictures of my burger because it seems I’ll have to go into the store… I just called the number that is listed on this page and it is not a working number… Burger know no what are you doing? You want $ 15 an hour but you can’t get the order right…

Seriously, your job cannot be this hard. My order was simple, whopper meal with fries, Coke and no onions on the burger because I’m allergic. I stressed, NO ONIONS. So what do I get? A whopper meal with no tomatoes, extra onions, a DIET coke and cold fries. And these people want $ 15/​hour??? And I usually love Burger King, this place was awful

Has got to be the worst Burger King, after multiple chances of giving them a shot. Orders are always messed up, they take way too long to prepare my food. Definitely not fast food material, and can never have it my way.

Lousy food, lousy service, lousy management. dirty store. food order was messed up. fries cold. the burger patty was so thin the tongs torn a piece out that made it look like someone took a bite out of sandwich.gross.

The food quality has gone down and the service is horrible. No customer skills what so ever. No manners even. Have been coming here for a long time, never coming back.

This has got to be the worst burger king of all time. Too bad it’s the closest one to me most of the time. The service is the worst. They have the most unprofessional managers and supervisors. I have come across better suited cashiers for there management. Most of the staff is stereotypical punk kids who are miserable with there fast food job and unfortunately also the stereotypical Hispanic behavior. The wait time to order and to receive your food is ridiculous and don’t ever go through the drive thru. The food is hit or miss and most of the time a miss. I hate this bk. I think anyone ever goes there because of the location.

This is by far the work burger king I have ever been to. They are slow and the service is terrible.

This Burger King has to have the worst service and food quality of any fast food around the BVL area.
We tried it 3 different times over a 9 month period. Food was old and cold or burnt to a crisp. Service is extremely slow inside and at the drive thru.
If you need fast food go somewhere else.

I went to this BK yesterday and waited 20 minutes for an order of value fries and onion rings. Good value — s l o w service! I wouldn’t take my chances again here.
