KFC

After seeing the commercial for about half a year, I finally stopped into a KFC to check out those $ 5 fill-​ups. I must say that they’re really good deals! For 5 bucks, you get 2 pieces of chicken, mash potatoes, biscuit, cookie, and a drink! Even though I still prefer chicken from Church’s or Pioneer, I still won’t say no to KFC’s original recipe. I stayed in the hotel next door and it was super convenient to pick up some food and eat it back at my room.

Do not go here please. Don’t get me wrong the establishment has kind people but they never carry out the orders how you actually order them.

Chicken and biscuits weren’t fresh and tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile. The gravy that was on my mashed potatoes was dry and almost to the point where the gravy was turning hard. Definitely won’t be craving or coming back to this KFC.

DO NOT go there. The worst KFC ever. Food is not fresh, chicken was awful. I believe they served me left over food. Even the sods sucks!!! Check your order before you leave. Mine was completely messed up!!!

This place was great. The minute i got there the voice of the order taker was really friendly and clear. When i got my food it was actually really fast and nothing was missing and everything was fresh and yummy. The only thing was i asked for ALOT of honey and they just gave me 4 but ay it was still good

Ive had kfc in many locations/​citys this is by far the worst. Everything tasted stale. The customer service was horrible. Wouldnt go there again.

If you have read any of my reviews, I go out to eat a lot. I just want my local friends to know to stay away from this KFC. I have been here twice, and this is the second time I have been disappointed. Last time we got our food to go so I did not see how dirty this place really is. It made me sick to eat there but my wife and I finished our food a quickly as possible and left. I had ordered the new boneless chicken combo. It was an inedible hard rubber piece of dark meat chicken taken from what part of the chicken I don’t know. My wife had the 4 wing dinner. The wings must have been taken from little chicks because they were the smallest wings I have even seen. I guarantee I will not be back.

Where do i start? It was 10pm and as I walk up to the counter I’m greeted with «we’re out of chicken…15 to 20 min wait» Well 28 min later I was told we are out of breasts so I gave you 2 boneless pieces instead. I got back to the hotel to find a piece missing. The dining room was disgusting with trash everywhere.

Really slow service. 15 minutes to get through 4 small groups to order. This is where you see economic theory at work — you pay minimum wage and you get minimum results. Avoid at all times unless you want to intentionally get frustrated.

I would never dream of giving a fast food restaurant a 5-​star rating but I’m going to for this particular KFC.
This is place is so well managed and staffed with excellent people that I’d like to meet the general manager.
It probably helps these guys that our two KFC restaurants in Billings, MT are so horrible I won’t go near them.
Ok, I’ve never been inside this place. From the outside it appears new and well groomed. I have used the drive through 3 times and have never been disappointed. Always welcomed with a friendly voice from the speaker box and orders always taken promptly and accurately.
Even better than that, the food is always ready at the window! No waiting. Even at 4pm waiting for grilled chicken (In Billings they’re always out of Grilled at this time). Food is hot, nothing is ever forgotten, and without asking, they tossed in utensils, paper plates, hot sauce.
Good job Gang! We’ll be back in October and will no doubt use your more than once on that trip to Disney.
