The worst Golden Corral I’ve ever been to! We generally go to IHOP which is just down the street, but we thought we’d give this Golden Corral a go on our last visit since the breakfast buffet is only around $ 9 per adult and includes all beverages(juice, soda, tea, coffee). It was around 10am on a Tuesday during the off-season, so they weren’t very busy. It was easy to find a table and easy to navigate around. The buffet was just awful. Food looked like it had been sitting forever and after tasting it, my thoughts were confirmed. Not one single thing I ate was even remotely good. I kept getting a little of this and a little of that hoping to find something edible. No luck! I ended up eating Froot Loops and a banana. How effin’ sad is that?! Also, considering how few people were there, the buffet was in a horrid state. It should have been so much cleaner than it was. They put the baked beans(at 10am?!) right next to the french toast and someone has managed to drop the sauce from the beans all over the french toast. ICK! I could just go on and on, but I won’t. You are able to get your own juice, but if you want soda or coffee, the server has to get it for you. We saw her when we first sat down… my husband asked for a soda… she brought it… never saw her again. Did I mention the restaurant wasn’t busy? We were her only table. ??? I can say I will NEVER return to this Golden Corral again. Just having to think about the food while writing this review is making me ill. Uggggg!

This is a terrible Golden Corral! The food isn’t good at all… The restaurant is dirty… Would it kill someone to clean a little??? It wasn’t busy at all and I couldn’t get a refill on my soda… This is the worst Golden Corral I’ve ever been to… I will definitely not be coming back.

Definitely the WORST food I have ever eaten in my life! The only thing I found somewhat edible was a plate of white rice. Everything else I barely ate, or ended up spitting into my napkin. Everything had a weird taste to it. The staff is super rude, and the place is really dirty. The plates/silverware still had food stuck on them, and there is an overall gross stench to the place. I’ve eaten lots of strange things in my life, esp as a world traveler but this tops it as the worst. Run!

I’ve been here in the past and been pleased but for some reason it is taking a bad downward spiral. If it were a plane everybody would be panicking at this point. A few of the items are very good but the majority of the food was very poorly presented and was glazed over. A few items I thought I would like we’re really bad the problems range from food that is not hot to cold food that’s not cold. I wish I looked at Unilocal before I went in and I would have made a different choice. The prices in the $ 9 range before drinks. The staff was friendly. The men’s room was also very dirty and one of the handles was broken off of the faucets. If you’re set on Golden Corral Drive 5 miles to the east and you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the 192 and west Vine location.

Food tastes weird. RUN! This place is horrible. I came here pregnant and starving because I had missed breakfast. Even then the food was horrible I barely ate. We left so disappointed. There was a weird taste to various items on the menu. Did not feel safe eating the food there. Mind you I’ve been to many golden corrals in the past. This was by far the worst.

One word! NASTY… I don’t eat at buffets, but my husband convinced me to eat here! I should have known better! I walked with my son to get a plate and silverware. We were greeted by a LIVEROACH on the silverware. Needless to say we got a refund and left. This place was packed and I can’t believe roaches would come out… I can only imagine when the lights are out at night!!! GROSS! Noooooooooo STARS!

Imagine going to a theme park which is overcrowded, overpriced and surrounded by people who don’t understand how lines work, and now add food. Ladies and gentlemen welcome to Golden Corral. Imagine now that you were promised Magic Kingdom only to be given a broken swing set. Having been promised«breakfast all day» but finding scraps in the trays and long waits before any replacements were offered, we did not receive what was promised or payed for. Our waiter, Flávio, was delightful and is the sole reason I give this establishment 2 stars versus 1.

I will give kudos to some of the staff. especially those working the register. But this location would best be used by having feed bags filled with slop for all the ‘animals’ that come here. Yes I know this location is on one of the most touristy areas of Orlando, but seriously! Floors were filthy, our server was nonexistent(but not entirely her fault as she had to babysit all the foreigners and rude ‘people’). We’ve visited many golden corals all over the county being a military family, and this one had the worst selections… Will NOT be going here again.

Well I was just here a few months back for a two week stay visiting the theme parks with the family. Value. That is pretty much the only positive. Many of the items here were just unpalatable for various reason. Too much salt, wrong consistency etc. Reminded me of the Vegas Vacation buffet scene with cousin Eddy and Clark. Even my kids had a hard time finding something to enjoy. The one item they knew how to make IMO was the fried chicken and the teriyaki chicken. Once I discovered those that’s all I had. The place was dirty too. I was surprised of such a low quality experience, truly fit the stigma of a cheap buffet. Unfortunate because the locations in my area are so much better.

This place is so dirty! I went to Golden Corral because my son wanted to go for his birthday! The place is not clean at all and the food is ok. Some things are better than others but if they cannot clean plates and silverware correctly l wonder how the kitchen looks. While eating I looked up at the ceiling and noticed a large spider web hovering over my table how disgusting! I won’t be returning until the management takes better care of that restaurant starting with a deep cleaning because it’s just nasty!

AAAAAHAHHAHAHAHAAAAAA!!! This place was hilarious. Some stuff is downright disgusting, but other things are really good! For instance, I was excited to see brussels sprouts, but they were soggy and no good. The peas tasted funny. Liver and onions!!! Well the liver was pounded super thin and then overcooked. On the other hand, the medium-rare steaks were cooked perfectly and tasted awesome. Salad bar wasn’t too bad. I ate tons of the popcorn shrimp and felt nostalgic. Sweet potato was perfect. I have to say though, this was the WORST apple pie ever. The filling had a really weird and kinda bitter taste and the crust was barely baked, so it was like eating playdough. My friend and I both had to spit it out. In fact, all of the deserts we tried were disgusting, hahaha. At least half of what’s on offer is intolerably bad, so you should just try TINY bits of everything to see what’s what, then go back and load up on the good stuff. It was a fun thing to experience once and I regret nothing!

My visit here was a very long time ago & I remember it was not good at all. The food variety was good, but it did not taste great in my opinion. Some of the chicken was dried out, cold items, dirty counters, & the server was not very attentive. I do not eat at Golden Corral’s any longer as my diet has change. I would only suggest this place if you are very hunger & not too picky on how the food taste. I thought the breakfast was decent, but lunch/dinner is just not worth the cost. If you do want to eat here, try to search for a 10% coupon discount in the discount books located throughout the Kissimmee/Orlando area. I was not satisfied with my last here.

Utterly horrifying. This was my first time ever to a Golden Corral, but I had heard all the rumors. It lived up to every expectation. Unfortunately. I’ll start with how I left the premises: disturbed and fearful for the future of humanity. Although I desperately wished for a dark closet in which to retreat to regain my sanity, instead I had plans to go to the Magic Kingdom. No, that’s not a euphemism. That was my reality, baby. The leaving was the best part about my experience here, but I guess you’ll want to know the details. Like the way there was a chocolate fountain that disturbed me to my core, because *no one* was stationed there to ensure hygiene. Guess where most of the unattended children flock? I wouldn’t have wanted it anyway as I can only imagine the ingredients, but just the very idea of how filthy that thing must be made me want to curl up and die. Speaking of filthy, there’s the entire dining room. Tables and tables of dirty plates. I felt so incredibly sorry for the staff because it was like they had to clean up a giant animal pen. Speaking of animals, they have better table manners, I’m sure, than the clientele of the Golden Corral. See above where I mention my concern for humanity. I’d describe what I saw going on here, but I think it’s erased from my memory. I thank my brain for having such pristine defense mechanisms. The buffet was a parade of GMOs, overly processed, deep fried«edibles» and meaty offerings from the factory farm. I will give them this: there was a decent salad bar that didn’t contain iceberg lettuce and what’s more awesome is that I had it ALLTOMYSELF because people do not go to the Golden Corral to eat salad. It was clean and there was even an OK vinaigrette dressing. Besides that, I tried a spoonful of the worst grits I’ve ever had since that first attempt to make them instant from a Quaker packet when I was 7. Finally, yes, people really *can* eat that much. It was like the obesity Olympics going on around me. It depresses me that anyone could overindulge on such lousy food. At least be Roman or something. I jest. I seriously think my family has been harboring some kind of grudge on me for years… why else would they force this experience upon me? Even more disturbing: there are more Golden Corrals than any other chain lining this stretch of road in the Kissimmee St. Cloud area. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a single one in New Orleans, so there’s a glimmer of hope.
