Excellent service! Got a call when they were close to drop off my ECV at Coronado and the guy who brought it was extremely friendly and sure to show me how to take it apart if needed, how to make it so we can move it manually, etc. Excellent experience. Then pick up was just as simple, the guy was friendly and again at the resort on time. Thank you!

K & M is awesome! While recuperating from knee surgery, I called to reserve a wheelchair before our week long visit to Orlando, including three days at the Disney parks. Elaine encouraged me to look at the different size chairs when I got there, and also to look at the scooters, because they are so easy to use.
When we arrived, (we chose to pick it up and drop it off at the store, although Elaine was more than happy to have it delivered) Elaine wasn’t there, but Ruby was equally great to work with. I tried the scooter she recommended, and used it for the week. It was so easy, lifting it in and out of the rental mini-​van, although it did take two of us to lift it. At night we left the scooter in the van and carried the battery inside to re-​charge it overnight.
Returning the scooter was quick and easy. All the folks at K & M were very friendly and efficient. If we ever need a wheelchair or scooter again in Orlando, we will be happy to return to K & M.

Awesome service… rented a scooter for 4 days for Disney, then had to rent an additional one for the last day of the trip… I really liked the fact it was a no hassle transaction, it was delivered to my hotel and picked up at my hotel, very convenient. They were the lowest prices I found with the kind of scooter we were looking for… Thanks Elaine.

Easter morning, heading to Disney with the family and my scooter battery died.
Took it in for a replacement, and even though they were swamped beyond belief, they made sure my new batteries were installed in time for us to enjoy a full day at the Park.
Excellent service and great prices.
When in Orlando, this is the place to rent your scooter.

On time, delivered as promised. On line reservation was followed up by a company rep. Best to make reservations via phone. /​follow up on line.
Fast. We rented Motorized wheelchair and 2 scooters. Yep much these scooters are faster than the one;s you get at the parks. K & M Rentals bend over backwards when my elevated leg lift broke. I called and they met me in the lobby in a few hours. My only issue and they credited me… was that my Electric wheelchair died after 6 hours of continuous use. When I originally booked my order. I had wanted two chairs. because I would be using the chair for 10 hrs a day. The constant charging was a pain. I saved. but Next time I will rent two chairs… This is the company you want to work with. to ensure your vacation mobility is ensured. Scooter and motorized wheel chairs fit on busses.
Note. If you use Disability Transportation in your state. You can use LYNK (Orlando’s Fla disability transit.) Allow a few months to process your request.

k & M were fantastic. Contacted them by phone when I arrived at Universal studio and found I was unable to walk or get around without a scooter. They delivered 2 hours later at our hotel. They picked up after three days and delivered to Disney World hotel for my use. Experienced battery issue while in Disney. I called and they send someone out in 1 hr to my location at Hollywood Disney with replacement battery. It may have been my problem and I may
not have fully charge night before.
I am 70+ with health issues. Without this service I would not have been able to see park with my family.
They r very reasonable and deserve 6 stars.

I was thinking of what to say when I read Bill U’s review (7÷17÷12), and I realized I can pretty much paraphrase it here, with a few modifications. (Thanks, Bill U!)
K&M Rentals did a great job helping me with a scooter rental. I didn’t have a reservation and yet, with just a phone call, they were able to deliver the scooter to my hotel in less than two hours.
The people at K&M couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. And here’s the no-​brainer: Scooter rentals within the WDW parks are currently $ 50/​day, and once out of a park, you’re on your own. For half the price K&M delivered a scooter to which I had access 24⁄7.
There are competitors who do the same, but after dealing with the people at K&M, I’ll never go anywhere else. Why mess with perfection? Thank you, K&M!

K &M Rental did a great job helping us with a scooter rental. We did not have a reservation and yet they were able to deliver to our hotel with in 2 hours. With out this scooter, my Father-​in-​law would have struggled at Disney and in our resort where we were staying. They are a top notch company. Thank you!,
