Clubhouse Restaurant

We came for dinner around 8 on a Saturday after checking in for the week.
Server is was great but again food was ok. He was very flexible with my order since I asked for turkey Reuben. Server was great with my tired 3 year old as well. My FIL ordered a hamburger he didn’t care for.
Our drinks were not quite right. I ordered a dirty vodka martini and I got some with ice in a rocks glass my husbands drink was wrong as well.
I would go again but only because of options in reunion resort.

I was at the Reunion resort for an event and the Clubhouse Restaurant was the only option for lunch. So, guess where we went?
We were kind of in a rush to get food and return to the conference area so when I arrived I asked the hostess about the express menu the offer. She directed us to the bar where we could order our food to go. We ordered right away, the pulled pork sandwich and the tuna sandwich, and grabbed a seat at one of the tables to wait.
So, it was lunch time and I knew we would have some wait, but we had really rushed to get there ahead of the rest of the folks from our event and our wait for the order was a bit longer that I would have liked. Plus I noticed that orders were lining up on the bar in bags but the bartender was so busy making drinks and taking other orders that it took a couple minutes for me to get his attention and actually get the food.
As we were leaving we saw some others from our group just arriving and I advised them to just order the hotdogs, those were the only lunch that was being served right away.
So, on to the food. We took it back to our conference area to eat with our friends and neither of the sandwiches were fantastic. To make matters worse we hadn’t been provided with napkins. Try eating pulled pork without a napkin, not easy. Both sandwiches went half unfinished. It was actually a pretty disappointing meal.
I’d try the Clubhouse again the next time I’m at Reunion, but only for dine-​in. The express lunch options were not very good. On the bright side the hostess and a server that passed us a few times were both extremely friendly and polite.

Great food! Great staff! They have a fairly standard menu of bar food mixed with the wonderful selection of specials and some upper end golf course style entrées. The breakfast buffet is relatively standard and would be greatly improved by the addition of an omelette bar, however they do bring omelettes to the table if you ask nicely.
My only complaint is that they close early.
