We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. We had meatballs, spaghetti, salad and roast beef from the carving station. Our server«Vito» was awesome and kept our glasses full throughout the entire evening. The show was great. We paid for VIP which gave us slightly closer view of the show along with a few other perks but in my opinion there didn’t appear to be a bad seat in the house. My husband and I went alone. My personal opinion would be that I wouldn’t bring children under 13 even though it is considered a family friendly show. But we are generally a little more conservative on these things. Over all we had an amazing time and enjoyed the food and drinks!

My husband and I went here on our vacation to Kissimmee and we thought it was going to be a good time we were sadly mistaken the waiter insulted my husband and the clothes he was wearing the food was terrible and the acting was atrocious. If you’re going to book a reservation here I suggest that you have an open mind and expect the food to be terrible and don’t expect the acting to be so good.

Purchased the vip tickets for a family of six(children 17 – 4 y/o) and soooo glad we did! It gave our large family more time to look around and enjoy all the pre-show games and snacks without the hassle of a crowd. This dinner show was by far the best one we have ever been too! The buffet had a nice selection and the food was really good especially for a dinner show. The staff was extremly friendly and always accomodating to our family. Truly cannot say enough great things about the staff, food, and actors! Thanks for making long lasting family memories!

Was skeptical based on other reviews but our family(including 5 kids from 3yrs to 15 yrs) had a blast! The buffet was average… I recommend a snack before going. The free alcohol thing was amazing! The show was funny… had some adult undertones but my 3yr old still enjoyed it! Overall I would. go back!

Not as advertised. Shuffle you upstairs for the good(expensive) drinks that aren’t included, then downstairs for a limited selection of cheap bottom shelf liquor and rot gut wine. The place was dirty, the food was terrible and the entertainment not only awful but not very family friendly. Also they make you think you’re getting a 50% off deal by making reservations by phone when in reality everyone is probably paying $ 35 a head, which is twice what it’s worth. Left at intermission and my wife was sick all night.

Came here one evening when we were in town on vacation from Ohio. The food was EXCELLENT and the show was great as well. I would highly recommend checking it out. The show is about 3 hours.

We went to the show on Valentine’s day and after reading some of the bad reviews I was a bit nervous. I usually avoid any of these tourist type attractions in Orlando but my wife booked the show several months ago without me knowing. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, the food was actually pretty good and our waiter never let our glasses get less than half full of free bud light and wine. The show was even good and I usually can’t stand singing and dancing type shows. The actors are funny and they interact with the crowd quite a bit and all of the employees are in costume and character and they will mess with you whenever possible. I would recommend paying extra to get a private table or balcony table, it’s pretty tight at the regular tables but it gave us a chance to meet some very nice people. We are actually looking forward to going back with a group of friends next time.

I’ve been here twice and have had a ball. The shows are funny, the actors/staff are great, the food is okay… I’d defiantly go back. I’ve been go a few different dinner shows now and I like that capones doesn’t try to jam everyone into one row like most do, here you actually have room to breathe, plus drinks are included, what’s not to like?

My wife and I were here for our anniversary. From the moment we pulled up to Capone’s, I knew we were in for a great night! We were met by «Bunny June» who shot the breeze with us in character until the doors opened. We happened to mention to her that it was our anniversary and during the show, she remembered and made a big show of us. The food was fantastic! Everything tasted fresh(even the chicken nuggets!) and was hot. The show was great. The cast was tremendous, and their audience interactions were spot on. I can’t say enough about our night. It was an anniversary to remember!

If you want to have a good time with your family, go anywhere but here. Medieval Times, Arabian Nights, anywhere but here. No matter what they charge it will never be worth it to go here. I seriously question the positive reviews of Capone’s. This place is terrible all around. If it would not have been a family vacation in which we were all trying to keep a positive vibe going, I would have left very quickly. 1.The overall vibe was dirty, dingy, and worn. It looks like the owners have not put a cent into it since opening. 2. If you are a food person or care one little bit about the quality of food you put into your body, please do not do it! Cold, Nasty, Out of the Can CRAP! Yes the meat station was a little better but still quite rubbery and bland with a carver(maybe the«chef»?) who seemed quite embarrassed to be seen there. WHAT A JOKE! 3. While the talent put their best foot forward, the show was just terrible overall when you are angry for getting ripped off on food and drinks. Of course you put an overweight and hairy guy in drag and you will get a couple laughs but it is not worth the two hours of horror. 4. Free Drinks! Yea right, the drinks may as well be malt liquor as they have a similar taste and effect. BTW they try to avoid giving any refills. 5.The servers have good attitudes and joke and are part of the show. They do not however, offer very much service and you are expected to leave $ 7 per adult and some amount per child. I would be cheery too if I had a racket that good for a few hours work. Please, Please, Please don’t waste your time or hard-earned money on this concept. They are closest to «Capone» types in that they will swindle you for your money.

Funny show, nice wait staff. The food was edible but not much more & the buffet was closed not long after we got our plates… We bought VIP tickets but everyone was seated tightly together at long tables in the center of the room like a lunch room! When I asked the manager what exactly VIP was, he said. center of the room plus we were able to come in earlier and eat first … Ridiculous … He was also rude about my questioning him.

The show was entertaining. Kitschy, but entertaining, nonetheless. I also have to applaud the service. Our server was very prompt and attentive. It was also nice that they announced everyone who was celebrating a special occasion(e.g. birthday, anniversary, etc.). However, the food was terrible! I wasn’t aware that it was a buffet, which I’m not a fan of anyway. However, the buffet area was rather rundown and nothing really looked appetizing. I got meatballs, roast turkey, sweet potatoes and a roll. I think the roll was the only thing I completely ate. If you’re not hungry and want a cheap show, this is the place for you.

I cannot express enough, how much fun I had at Capone’s Dinner & Show! With a family-friendly atmosphere that sends you back to 1930’s gangster-era Chicago, Capone’s offers a whimsical music/comedy show, accompanied with home-cooked dishes, a steady flow of spirits and a truly memorable atmosphere! The show at Capone’s is top-notch, and includes singing, dancing, and improvisational comedy while interacting with the servers and audience. I particularly loved that before the show, cast members would walk around the theater, dropping wise-cracks and laughs with the guests The dinner buffet offered a wide assortment of delicious options including a full salad bar, homemade lasagna, meatballs, pork, turkey, beef, soups and much more! I particularly loved the lasagna and meatballs, and the pork was fantastic! Overall I would say that Capone’s is one of the gems of the Orlando area! You are not going to find a better deal for a night of entertainment and great food! Keep an eye open for an upcoming episode of The Florida Formula Podcast, where I interview the crew of Capone’s!

My wife and I spent a week in Orlando, and Capone’s was our favorite thing we did. – The food: Not horrible, but not fantastic. Except the lasagna: it was one of the best I’ve had. – The drinks: All you can drink… really! They don’t have some hidden rule about only giving you 1 every hour or whatever… they keep them coming. – The staff: They were all wonderful. They genuinely care about you and want you to have a great time. It wasn’t some cold, amphitheater atmosphere like Medieval Times or Pirates… it was a close, intimate show. – The show: It was so much fun. From the songs, to the routines, to the improv… it was all fantastic. We were laughing so freaking hard at times. Pay the extra for VIP tickets. The better seats, priority seating and eating, 2 premium-ish drinks before the show, and the included pint glasses more than pay for the show.

We were here in December of 2014. I can’t wait to return. It’s basically a gangster-themed dinner show. The buffet offers enough choices to satisfy most tastes, and while nothing really stood out as extraordinary food, everything tasted good. Your dinner price also includes unlimited drinks(beer included) and dessert. Everything about the meal was satisfactory, but Capone’s is five stars for the show and the cast. The show integrates the servers into the production quite a bit, which I enjoyed. There is also audience interaction without making said interactions seem clumsy or forced. The players in the show were all very talented, and the male lead was hilarious. We really, really had a good time. If you’re passing through Orlando, check it out.

Ok first off wow. Not what I expected. We came here for my dinner birthday and let’s just say. I should of went somewhere that had Good food at least. Food here, well it’s not good. It says Italian Buffet on the website but buffet at pizzahut is 100 times better. Their pizza is worse then digornio. Pasta is awful and sauce is watery. Their dinner rolls u can throw at someone and knock them out. I’m vegetarian so didn’t have any of their meats but for promoting an Italian buffet, it’s quite sad. Now drinks, well drinks are good. I think they want you to get drunk and forget how awful everything else is. Seats, please try to get your own table or bio balcony. Now if you end a long row table and have to sit on the end like I did and have every single drunk guest bump into you, well you will be upset like I was. Maybe even have someone bump into you and spill sauce down your back. Oh yeah how great would that be? Because it wasn’t. Now. The show. Well the head singer«jewel» is awesome. She is talented and makes you laugh and smile even after an uneventful night at this place. The rest is passable. Some zzzzz times of the show but all in all not bad. Will I return here? No. Will I recommend this place to anyone that asks? No. Not unless the food gets revamped or please Do NOT advertise it as a dinner theater show when it’s not s dinner. It’s digornio. Ha

FORKYOU Imagine an Al Capone show running in Kissimmee for the last 20 years. That’s longer then most broadway musicals. The show was really cute. We went as a family and the jokes were really funny. I loved how they used jokes that were funny for the adults and the kids too. My favorite was when the gangster grabbed a fork and used it as a weapon by saying, «Fork You!» And Gangster Bugsy Malone comes back with, «No Fork You!» The joke literally brought down the house. As a family, we were surprised at how entertaining the show was. We kept waiting for the lull in the show and it never happen. We arrived at the show at 7:30pm and were given our password to enter Capone’s speakeasy. A picture frame of Capone opened and we handed our ticket over. The wall opened and we were immediately put in a lineup and our photo snapped in black and white. It was really cute. The only thing that confused me was that the room was packed on the main floor. Which made no sense to me because I was told on the phone that the dinner started at 7:30 but most people were done eating. In fact, we were the last people to walk in. It was a little uncomfortable as we were squeezed into the middle of an already crowded table. Our drink order was taken and we headed over to the buffet. Now it was all you can eat but do not expect a gourmet meal here. That is understood because the theater has to make money. The soups were really bad and as a home chef I could see it was made with the leftovers from the previous nights buffet like leftover turkey and veggies. The salad bar is probably the safest bet but I’m not a huge iceberg lettuce fan. The London broil was a little tough but the stuffed pork loin was tasty. I stayed away from the mushy pasta that was sitting sauce less, so I can’t really review that. I will say the meatballs were good. The lasagna was okay but it was not the best I’ve ever had. It was just a basic back of the box recipe. I did like the pepperoni pizza. The crust had a nice buttery crispness. Honestly I would put the food at 1 star, so you’ve been warned. One thing I didn’t like was the guy told me on the phone that the food was available for an hour and twenty minutes. I witnessed the cook turning off the warming burners at 8pm which was only 30 minutes since the start time. I asked him how long the food would be out and he told me 8:20. I just didn’t like the misinformation I received on the phone. In fact the show started at 8pm while I was grabbing food for my little one, so I kind of missed the opening musical number. Our waiter Knuckles was really good. He kept our drinks full. Now the quality of liquor wasn’t great. I stuck with the white wine and the Bud Light. There was a full bar available if you want. I learned from the nice family from Honduras sitting next to me that you could get in early if you bought your own drinks. In fact, they got there at 6pm. This explains why everyone was finished eating when we walked in. It would have been nice to know that info prior to arriving at the show. Knuckles was always there with more alcohol. He also had a few parts in the show. He kept the table clean while acting and serving. The customer service was really good and that’s 4 stars to me. The entertainment of the show was also 4 stars. Now none of these actors are going to win an academy award but the cute entertainment value was there. I find it ironic we were watching this show while the academy awards were going on. Just remember when you walk through that hidden door you are in Capone’s Speakeasy. There will be singing, dancing and jokes and it is an entertaining ride with a cute story. Some of my favorite lines from the show: Fork You Up Yours Wisconsin Sucks We have a gift shop? So get your zoot suit on and head on over for an entertaining show. There are a bunch of on line discounts including one on Unilocal. So Fork You Capone! We had a forking fun family time! UP Yours! No up Yours!

To start, the food is awful. It was cold, bland, and cheap; far worse than your average buffet. The venue is out dated, dirty, and much too crowded. And the show was terrible. Some of the actors were okay, but the writing is terrible and several actors forgot lines. I have no idea how this place gets good reviews… I didn’t enjoy it even though I expected low brow humor and cheap food.
