Chilangos

Been here several times. I got to know the owner and I ONLY went for her tacos. I tried the torta and it was good but the tacos were always my favorite. One day I went with my daughter and the guy was serving and taking orders. He was a complete jerk. I asked to speak to the owner and she apologized profusely for the mans behavior. I told her I have spent a lot of money here and I wasn’t going to accept being treated like crap. Best tacos I have ever had but I will not go anymore. Try it for yourself. You will love the tacos.

Ok sooooo… I went here on a recommendation by a cook at another restaurant and as I am on the search for GOOD Mexican around the area I thought I would try it. This place is located in a very small strip mall on 192 if you blinked you would miss it. I am not even sure of the address myself only directions I could give is between a waffle house and a barber shop… Upon entering this very small place its literally felt like i was in Mexico and not the good part… it has bar type seating and maybe four tables tops… I chose to sit at the bar so I could watch them cook… I ordered chicken quesadillas it was a large portion but the chicken tasted «funny», its the best word I can come up with… really no seasoning at all just funny… the other person in my party ordered three different tacos… which were a little small but less than $ 2 a piece and said they were good. They serve a wide variety of tacos, the standard beef chicken but also things like tripe tacos… I am not sure that I would ever go back… no actually I am sure I wouldnt but at least I can say I gave it a try. Sidenote… soda in cans and bottled water are only drinks available. no free refills.
