So we got dooped also… thought it was a Bennigans since they didn’t change anything except the«en» to «br.» We were hungry so we stayed. Menu was bizarre and nothing like bennigans. Food was ok. The wings were actually pretty good but thats about it. I ordered a $ 2 margarita special and it was literally not drinkable! Would never recommend or go back.

Horrible horrible no other way to describe the garbage they serve. We ordered Shepard pie which looked and tasted like crap /potatoe skin’s seem nuked and the wing’s were heated in the over quick and sauced. Big mistake and waiste of money.

Saturday night on Memorial Day weekend. Not busy. 45 minutes for lukewarm, mediocre appetizers. DO. NOT. GO.

This place looked like a fun place to eat/drink. However, our meal was just so-so, but our server, Anthony, was great… very prompt and courteous. The thing we like least was having an 18% gratuity added directly to our bill and visa payment. I have to admit, Anthony may have deserved the 18%, but I like to decide how much the gratuity will be myself, not the«house». Personally, I wouldn’t go back, even for the good service. Too many choices in this area to have this kind of thing happen.

Stopped in Monday around 1:45pm There was 2 customers at the bar, it took looking around for someone to finally come seat us(5min). The place was dirty, the menu was stuck together with ketchup. We were not impressed with the menu choices. My party of 4 ordered: Mild Buffalo Wings(where nothing to brag about), Boneless Medium Buffalo Chicken(was soggy and not tasty at all), Not-Chos(where tasty but had a lot of juice that made the fries overly soggy) and Potato Skins(tasted OK but definitely gave off the frozen food vibe). It all looked a bit over cooked. Overall I would give this a 0 star rating but that was not an option. Oh and it took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive and was not very hot(it was warm)

Went here for drinks and appetizers. Service was great and the not chos and spinach and artichoke dip was very good. I will come back the next time I am in town.

Came in on a Thursday about 6:30. Waitress was very upbeat and attentive. Onion rings for appetizers were good and cooked well(the way we like them). Definity«beer battered» but the kids ate them down. The kid’s «Lethal Grilled Cheese» sandwiches were very good — the cheese was gooey and full of flavor, still a ten dollar cheese sandwich. Fries were decent steak cut size and heaping plate. My son ordered a «Sliced Pork roast sandwich» and it was not what he expected. The waitress swapped it out for a grill cheese with no problem(thanks). I tried the sandwich and it was heavily seasoned(tasted liked it was drenched with Paul Prudhomme seasoning). Wife’s salad and pasta had no complaints — decent size. I had the«Steak & Stout Pie» — the mashed potatoes were good, the bread on top was flakey and delicious — but sorry guys, it tasted like canned beef stew. Very disappointing meal in all for the price. I’m certain it would be a great place to set at the bar, eat appetizers and drink.

I was skeptical to come here due to some past reviews, but was very pleased with my experience. My friends and I were on vacation and decided to stop here when we got into town. We opted for appis and got the Not-Chos and the onion rings. The Not-Chos were fries with cheese, roast beef, mushrooms, onions, cheese and sour cream. They were fab. The roast beef was really tender. We each had a Sinner(huge burger). We could have easily split one between the four of us. The restaurant was clean and the server was very pleasant. The iced tea was brewed fresh!

I have an Irish Pub back home that is hard to beat, and Branigan’s did not beat it, but came close. The Irish breakfast was a bit different than I get back home, but it was still very good. We visited on St. Paddy’s day so the atmosphere was great. There was a street fair going on in the parking lot with more food and beer, and live entertainment. They held drawings and other fun things in side. I swear to you that our waitress was from Ireland, accent and all. No I am not kidding. It could not have been a more perfect St. Paddy experience. Nice place, good price. But I can still say that Nine Irish Bros. in Lafayette/West Lafayette still holds my Irish heart.

Walk in and, if you’ve ever been to a Bennigan’s, you’re confused… However, kudos to the Branigan’s team in recycling name/décor! This is an Irish Grill & Pub, with a fairly large menu. Something in there that would please most palates. The kids menu has the usual, with the addition of Banger & Mash. I tried the Irish Stew, a large sized bowl of stew with a mound of mashed potatoes in the middle. Nicely flavored with large chunks of beef and homemade mashed potatoes. Also served with a thick slice of really nice looking Irish soda bread. Small Fry got the Banger & Mash off of the kids menu. Yes, just one Banger… LOL One nicely grilled sausage with mashed potatoes, drink, orange slices and ice cream was all included. SF enjoyed the sausage a lot, and was asking for another. Boyfriend got the Monte Cristo, and it looked every bit as good from my memories of seeing it at Bennigan’s! The only negative that I can say at the moment is that the light bulbs in the light fixture above each table are too bright! Seems that the hostess was aware as she would offer to unscrew the bulb as she sat people. Hopefully they’ll get a lower wattage bulb to ease their patrons aching eyeballs!

The interior of this place is virtually untouched from when it was a Bennigan’s. All of the décor is unchanged, and the lampshade above the pool table is still the Bennigans logo. Of course the neon signs outside have had the«en» changed to the«ra» and they did an even less medicore job making the change on the floor tiling in the entryway(I think they just scraped the tiles off and rearranged them) I visited on a Saturday at 5pm on the peak Christmas/New Years travel week here in Orlando, and the place was a ghost town. I was directed to sit at the bar. Service was supbar, seeing as how the place was dead. Who I assumed to be the owner was there with several friends or off duty employees who were all eating pizza from a local pizza shop. There were more employees than guests. While I understand the closed Bennigans probably came fully furnished, it was just bizzarre to be back in a Bennigans but yet not really. As for the food, I ordered a burger and fries and the shrimp bisque soup. The bisque was served lukewarm and tasted like it was Campbell’s condensed. The burger however was actually quite tasty, and was served with nice crispy steak fries. I didn’t notice the old Bennigans Monte Cristo on the menu or I would have ordered it immediately. While it was cool to be «back» at a Bennigans, the lack of patrons was disconcerting. The staff seemed to treat me as a bother, yet customers were definitely not a plenty. More effort needs to be made to get rid of the Bennigans branding, and for the whole place to simply get a more«professional» vibe. It feels as if someone wanted to fulfill their dream of opening a bar/restaurant, and did so by getting a good deal on an old Bennigand. I wish them well, but in the land of tourists and chains, it’s a tough game to play. I wish them well and hope they improve and succeed.

I think one star is generous, but I’m in a generous mood… If ever you find yourself hungry in Kissimmee, Florida, I strongly advise you to stay hungry. This used to be a Bennigan’s and when you enter, you’ll see they replaced the EN with RA in the floor tiles… it only gets worse from there.

This place needs some help. They use all fresh ingredients but the chef has a little trouble getting the flavors to sing. The menu’s look like they came off of someones home computer and our waiter decided to do a «magic» show while we were trying to eat. It was hard to take a bite between all of his questions.

My bf was a huge fan of Bennigan’s when it was open back in the day, so when we saw the neon back on with a slight change in lettering, we decided we’d have to check it out. After a perusal of the menu(which does include the fan favorite Monte Cristo between some very traditional Irish pub food classics), we decided we needed to check it out. The other day, we got takeout for lunch. The Monte Cristo was very good — not quite the same as Bennigan’s was, but obviously homemade and really yummy — and the reuben was awesome. Their homemade chips(fries) and crisps(chips) were also great. Tonight, we took two friends there for dinner so we could eat inside and get the whole experience. The restaurant wasn’t too busy but there were a few other people hanging out at the bar or having dinner. After struggling over what to order, we decided on the sausage rolls and cockles & mussels as appetizers, both of which were awesome. The sausage rolls came with a really good mustard sauce, and the broth the cockles & mussels were in was so good we actually asked for more bread to dip in it. For entrees, we tried the shepard’s pie, bacon and cabbage, and steak and stout pie. Everything was great, clearly homemade with care. The portions were a good size but no overwhelming. All three entrees(and the two appetizers) were definitely something I’d order again. For dessert, we tried the banana bread pudding, the sticky toffee pudding, and the chocolate Guinness cake. All three were good, though the sticky toffee pudding seemed a bit well done, making it a little bit dry(though it’s nothing some extra caramel sauce wouldn’t fix). The house-made Irish cream was also DELICIOUS — so chocolatey! The only teeny issues we had were handled really well, and everyone was friendly. Happy hour is all day for Florida residents, and Disney cast members get 20% off with ID. Oddly enough, though, gratuity is already added to your bill — just double check before you tip to be sure. The servers are still learning the menu and specials, but that’s not out of the ordinary for a new restaurant. We’ll definitely be back!
