So happy we stopped by here! My mom and I had a long drive from Indiana to Orlando to move me down here as I’ve accepted a position in the area and we were tired and hungry after staying at a local hotel the night before. We came here for lunch as Chili’s is always a go to favorite for us. Our server was Stacie and she went out of her way to make sure our queso appetizer was hot, and she was very attentive and assertive. Without asking, she noticed the ice had melted in my tea and brought me more. She also brought to go drinks for both of us and asked us if we would like some to go, as opposed to us asking her. She was very friendly the entire meal and super smiley. Very pleased and now that I live here, I will certainly be coming back. Thanks, Stacie!

Was super hesitant to come in after reading and looking at past reviews but I’m really glad we did! We came in late on a Thursday and sat in the bar. Were greeted right away and brought drinks very quick. Appetizer came out fast. We ordered cheese fries which were so amazing! Entrée came out fast as well. I ordered Margarita Chicken which was delicious. Our server Standzy was very nice and clearly new how to do her job very well. Hope they take care of their staff here because good servers like her are rare! Would come back!

We had just arrived in town and were in dire need of something to eat. As we arrived at the front door we noticed that this place was slammed and there was a long wait for tables. We were able to find a seat at the bar which was a huge score. Two for one drinks and instant service. Our bartender gave us spectacular service all evening. We tried some of their new specials, a prime rib burrito and unlimited enchiladas. They were great. The beef and chicken with green chili enchiladas were super tasty. Chili’s exceeded all our expectations on this visit.

Worst service I have ever experianced. Walked in and no one was at the hostess stand, I finally saw a young lady and asked if it was self seating, with an attitude she told me that she was busy handling a situation and she’d get around to seating us. Half of the restraunt was shut down, they shoved everyone into one area. Our waitress was Amanda. After ordering our drinks she disappears for 20 minutes. Get our drinks and it’s another 15. Minutes before we can order food. We asked about chips and salsa and she said only in the bar area, well I can’t sit at the bar with a 10 month old. She refused to get us chips and salsa, saying«well it’s not free» but every other table around us had it. I didn’t care if I had to pay for it, we wanted it. Food finally comes out. I ordered Salmon plain, rice and steamed broccoli. The fish had some green paste on top. I asked to have it removed, she said«Oh, its not spicy and refused to remove it. My husband’s meal was cold he returned it twice. Third time it was finally hot. Never did get drink refills. Had two parties in our table asked for seperate checks twice, she showed up with one check had to be told to split it. I could understand if it was busy but it was not. Would not recommend.

Our service was great. Our server Patrick has great customer service skills! He was attentive with us, before I ran out of my margarita, he had one on its way. So it was nice not to ask for it. He also didn’t make the mistake of salt on the rim. I do not like the salt so I always order my margaritas without salt. I noticed him attend an elderly couple which were quite picky and he went above and beyond for them. When we go back, we’ll definitely ask for him to be our server.

I was disappointed from the start. We came in with a group of 11. One side of the restaurant was empty and the other side half full. We were asked how many then we were told that they had to clean a table and it would be twenty minutes. I understand there are only certain places to sit a bigger party but that is not how long it takes to get a table ready. The waitress, who never gave us her name, was pleasant enough to give us our menu then left for five minutes before coming back to take our drink order. While waiting for drinks I snapped a picture of the rusty salt/pepper/ketchup holder on our table. If this is what our table looks like, what does the kitchen look like. Five minutes later she brought the drinks then took our orders. We would have been agitated about how long our food took but«luckily» we had three baskets of chips and salsa brought to us between order and delivery. I do not know what was going on in the kitchen but something was way off. They brought the kids meal out seven minutes before the first«wave» of adult meals came. Our food came out in 6 different waves! One plate then four plates then three plates then three separate one plate deliveries over the course of ten minutes. Half of our group was done by the time the last person got their food. My father received the ticket and he gave the waitress took his gift card and walked him through the machine check out at the table. My family understands technology and if we wanted to do our check out that way we would have. My father cannot see very well and she did not know how to use the machine very well either so after six minutes of her trying to figure things out he then asked if it was easier to just do cash for the tip. She said yes so he gave her a large bill but needed change. Two trips later she finally figured everything out and we were on our way.(We tipped more than 20 percent on a 140 dollar ticket, understanding not all of the confusion was her fault) From the time we sat down till the time finished our food it was over an hour. I did not expect much being this was chilis but the way our visit started and how it ended prompted me to warn others about visiting this establishment. There are much better versions of this franchise but be careful about this one.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Last night we ordered to go and selected for it to be brought out to the car. After sitting in the car for nearly 20 minutes I went inside and stood at the to go counter for another 5 minutes before I was finally hollard at to go to the bar for to go orders by someone who I believe was a manager. I told her I had an order curbside and I had been sitting and she said we don’t do that go to the bar. I explained the situation again to the bar tender who did a half butt job of making sure my order was all there and the complaint fell on deaf ears. When I got home I realized they put a cold salad in with the hot food which made it warm and wilted. The nachos we ordered were soggy and cold from sitting on the bar for 25 minutes under a cold salad. I will not return to this chilis unless I am contacted by their gm.

Showed up today at 2 pm after taking a break from Disney with my family(seven of us) for lunch. The restaurant was half full and the manager told us that it would be a 20 minute wait! There was no one else waiting! Said there weren’t enough waiters? Ridiculous — I took my $ 120 and spent it somewhere else for lunch. Hope the owner is reading.

I am being generous with the one star. This place has zero concern for the customer. Party of three waiting for a booth. The hostess tells us, that a both would take five minutes and walks away from her station. In walk three people into the restaurant and the bar tender comes from behind the bar and ask how many? The answer, you guessed it three. And the big surprise he sat them in a booth right away… our booth. A few minutes later the hostess comes back and bicker with the bar tender and just apologizes. Lady sorry does not fix the fact that the bar tender did not have any business at your station that was left unattended. Called for a manager and never came out. Awesome leadership… Not. This is supposed to be a tourist area but the locals do not appreciate that and is a real shame Kissimmee, cause it really is a great area.

Terrible customer service. Went in for Togo food and several servers walked by with their heads down looking like they didn’t want to be bothered. One waitress finally came over and said she thinks the Togo person might have left and we can go ask the bar if they did. 2 seconds later, someone who I think to be the Togo person came over. He was really nice, apologized, suggested items and took our order. While ordering I noticed a girl touching and throwing someone’s fries in the kitchen.(short blonde hair) and a few seconds later a guy grabbed a fry from someone’s plate. I couldn’t imagine what would be done to my food, so I had to cancel my order.

Although it’s Sunday memorial weekend I’m just wondering how a chain like chilis is out of salad mix, corn and as the server said«we are out of many things». The manager stopped by when I asked for the corporates phone number. The manager Mervin stopped by and his excuse is it was busier than anticipated. We guess what I’m on a strict food regimen and salad is one of the only things that I can have. Well I guess I can’t eat because a big chain restaurant like chilis is out of salad mix. Epic fail. They should be ashamed of themselves and closes the doors.

Their poor customer service is legendary and their food has been hit and miss over the years; sometimes really good, sometimes just wrong. But when they answer the phone, tell you they’re really busy but will try to take your carry-out order and then leave you on the phone for 20 minutes, they lose all stars. You’re a restaurant and you don’t want our business? Look at the phone number — we’re locals and have an order history with you. Not anymore.

I usually go into places like chilis with pretty low expectations. I worked at a chilis for many years so I understand the food quality and what to expect from a place like this. I’m not sure if this location is a franchise or not, but it was just horrible. From the service to the food presentation to the taste, just ew! I always order a margarita, queso dip and a quesadilla explosion salad. Being that this is always my order, I’ve come to know what to expect, but this meal almost seemed like it was someone trying to replicate(unsuccessfully) the chilis’ recipes. The queso dip was like warm and thick. The consistency was grainy instead of creamy and it just didn’t taste good. The quesadilla salad was thrown onto the place and looked like someone had bumped the plate or almost dropped it or something. The chicken was thick and rubbery. I know this place is in tourist central so maybe they don’t have to pay much attention to quality on account that people will come regardless because they won’t know, but we definitely won’t be back here! The chilis on I-drive is much more consistent! It’s a little more of a drive, but it’s worth it.

On vacation at Disney instead of spending $ 100+ for a meal at the park we came to the local chilis for dinner. Our server Omar was great waited roughly 10 min to get seated even though there were plenty of empty tables, not sure why. They had a guy making ballon animals for the kids which was pretty cool. Got a giraffe and a unicorn for a $ 3 tip. My trio fajitas was delicious. Sizzling hot and with flavor. The 2 for $ 20 half slab of ribs was perfect also made to order. Will come back again next time we visit. Paid half of what I would of spent at the park and walked out STUFFED!

So we walk in on a Monday night and I can count at least 10 open tables. The gentleman who was not standing at the front when we got in asked how many and I said 4. He said it will be about 10 minutes. Seriously? The place is empty. OK, we were starving, so we waited. We were then seated in the«kids» section. You know the part of the restaurant where they put screaming kids and the elderly. Yeah. So after sitting for 10 more minutes I flagged down a server. He was not our server, but was nice enough to take our order. To save time, we ordered drinks, apps and everything all at once. Oh, and FYI, the kids menu is a photocopy of an actual menu. My 2 for 1 Margaritas came out filled with ice and barely any liquid. I told the server and he said that’s just the way they were. FML. Onto the entrees that took an additional 45 minutes. Do you see a pattern here? I ordered the chicken fajita. really just as average as you can get. I really hate chains, but this just reaffirms why. Not they are all like this one. There is no pride in ownership and the food usually sucks. This Chili’s will keep me away from chains for a long, long time.
