I was super impressed with this little post office at the Carillon Shops. The two staff (man and woman) were incredible polite and a pleasure to work with. The post office itself is small but clean and well organized. I was particularly impressed that they provided packing tape and packing materials free of charge. I’ve never seen this in any other post office and believe me I have been in countless post offices across the US. They also had a bigger selection of shipping box options than at normal post offices. I’m a professional organizer so not only did I appreciate the overall feel of the clean/​organized space, I was grateful for terrific customer service! I wish I lived close by so I could go there exclusively.

Jeers to the Carillon Point Post Office for closing down their meter and register before it was even closing time. No wonder the Post Office is in such dire straits.

I thought this was a very nice post office. I wish they had pay phones there though because I didn’t bring the address with me I needed. Thankfully a nice lady let me use her cellphone.
At first the lady told me I couldn’t send my package overseas and I was disappointed after standing in line then she realized it was a PPO which they do send overseas.
I find that the post offices out here are somewhat different than the ones I grew up around in Kansas but I just consider different places different policies. Plus I try to be patient, respectful and nice to all postal workers considering my dad is a mail carrier and I understand what they go threw the weather, union, and what not.
