We have been her since 6:20 … it’s 7:30 and still don’t have our meal. The service in here is terrible…7:45 dinner finally came and got charged for margaritas we never even got! It will b another few years before we come back! Get it together Bobby, it’s Friday night, Get your staff on board!

Our experience was great here, our waiter Christian was by far the most respectful waiter I’ve ever met. He made sure our chips and drinks were full at all times. Our food was so good! We will be coming more often now. Was iffy because of reviews on here but our service was wonderful!

While driving from Fresno, CA we stopped for the night in Kinsburg. We decided to give this place a try and we are so glad that we did. We ate an early dinner (4;00pm) so the place was empty, however the staff was awesome. We had the Hot and Spicy Chicken Tacos (SPICY) and the Steak Fajitas. Both dishes were very good and the rice and whole pinto beans were to die for. Keep in mind we are from Texas so we know Mexican food. :) The owner introduced himself — which was actually our waiter. We highly recommend this place and should we ever come back through, we will be stopping by.

We went for lunch and were seated in the lounge which was great. 3 tvs over the bar. The waiter seated us and took our order amazingly quick. Served our chips and salsa which were fresh and crispy. Our food was served in under 15 minutes. I ordered from the lunch menu, tamale and relleno with beans and rice. This food was seriously delicious. Tons of cheese on the relleno. Sauce over the tamale. Rice was really good. Not mushy or dry. Beans were OK but I never eat them. I want to go back tomorrow ;)

Not many people dining when myself and my party of 7 arrived about 6:00pm. We’re seated fairly quickly and then ordered drinks, which arrived 5 – 8 minutes later. It doesn’t take 8 minutes to pout water and soda… We then ordered, chips, salsa, chips, salsa, ships, salsa, for almost an hour, then our food finally arrived. The server had told 15 min prior to that our food was coming right up, it didn’t. Fajitas were dry and overcooked and dry rice and dry beans. I don’t get it, it’s not that hard. FOOD: 1 SERVICE: 1

The food was great. The service was great. The bathrooms were great. Wish they were close to home. It doesn’t look like much on the outside (I think there was a Kmart and a cigarette store in the parking lot, so we hesitated). But the only other food around were fast food joints. So glad we went in. Great pork chimichanga. Fresh chips and salsa. Kept water glasses filled and checked on us just right.

On our way to Stockton, Stopped by and Unilocaled it and it was 4 stars, and it was great. Good Food. Looks like a place that is happening at night, full bar and dancing. :)

Went there for lunch only one other table. Service was good from our waitress, but ordered shrimp cocktail and the shrimp was bad! Our waitress took from our table after apologizing, when she had the other server try one of the shrimp who we saw immediately spit in the trash. She immediately came back and removed it from our bill and again apologized. We saw she notified the manger, who five minutes later came over and said sorry you didn’t like the shrimp cocktail, but I tasted the shrimp and it is fine! Really? If your going to apologize, at least mean it. The shrimp was not fine. We had only one bite. The best part was the other owner took our sent back shrimp cocktail and PRETENDED to eat it at the bar! Disgusting!
Owner needs to work on customer service skills, we won’t be back!

Never again… Dry, flavorless, and greasy food and the chips are stale… old oil… Do they have a .25 star?

Well ive visited this establishment 3 times. twice our bartender was a male and very polite to us… we were there both times and i had a good time… TILL TODAY… the bartender was a female… made us pay for our drinks upfront which is fine… no tab gotcha iam fine… i ordered 1 beer and waited to be asked if id like another for 15 mins… now mind you both times before we went in and ordered about 3 beers and a meal… today we didnt even get a menu offered. i got my second beer like i said 15 minutes later and still not a question popped off to see if we needed a menu. as we were drinking our second beer i heard her whisper to a gentlemen that worked there saying we were getting too loud… now mind you there are others there being louder and using foul language so to me, what us 2 guys were doing was nothing. our 3^rd guest joined us and id like to say we were using foul language. were not teenagers were grown men. but not to the point when our 3^rd guest drank his first beer and we ordered another she responded with if you guys can keep it down ill serve you. this caused me to laugh because out of 10 people there we were in between on the loudness if even that. her regulars on the other side were being louder… but since she hits it off great with them its ok… she asked them if they needed anything else and the whole sha-bang…so 2 beers in after i laughed she proceeded to tell us she wouldnt serve us any more… its your establishment thats fine with me… but there was no tact no nothing… iam sorry but that to me makes me mad… we left but ill tell you what i left with a sour taste in my mouth… never again will i step foot in your establishment… i hope your customer service improves… for your sake

This place is Amazing! I Remembered It From My Previous Trip And Decided To Stop by. The Service Was amazing. I Was Greeted With A smile. I Wanted To Be At The bar. I Had The Shredded Beef Tacos So good. Very Tender And Juicy. I Had A Ketel Cosmo, Mad To perfection. Oooo, The Guacamole Was Fresh With Just The Right Amount Of Lime And Kick To it. I Even Bought A Pint To go. I Am Going To Stop By EvERYTIME I Am On 99. High Recommend

Great restaurant and bar. The food is solid. Classic dishes done right, and tasty specialty options. They also have party plates with great burritos. I always order extra so I have left overs after the party. I recommend everything with the salsa verde. My current favorite is the chili verde. The guacamole is very tasty for appetizer. Save room for the warm brownie and ice cream dessert.

I give the waitstaff a 3 and the food a 1. I ate at the restaurant during lunchtime. I had refried beans and twice baked potatoes. There is no doubt in my mind that I ate at least 1 day old food. I am being generous with this assumption. The beans were grossly over salted, most likely from being reheated many times over. The twice baked potato wasn’t even served inside a potato. Were they afraid the potato skin would reveal it’s age? Over $ 5 for sour cream with a dash of old potato. Absolutely inedible. Will never go there for food.

It’s too bad this place hasn’t picked it up. It’s mediocre food, decent location, but just ridiculously bad service. I try it about once every 6 months thinking they are going to get their act together but even my son now just goes, «Let’s drive to Sal’s» (Which is in Selma).

We were visiting Fresno and this place was just what I needed after our long drive. Very cute ambiance and the food was fantastic. Everyone was attentive and friendly. I loved my shrimp tacos and table side guacamole. We also got the green chile enchiladas and chile verde which were excellent. Maybe it was our long drive but I couldn’t stop eating my food and picking at everyone else’s dishes. I’m so grateful we stumbled on this place after getting gas across the street. We make this drive often so it’s nice to have a reliable pit stop for food from now on.

My boyfriend and I always stop at this gem on our way home to hollywood from Sacramento. The food and service is very good! The manager/​owner stopped at our table today to check on us and also engaged In great conversation. This is and will always be our stopping point in our many travels from northern ca to southern ca. It’s so convenient just off the 99 fwy.

The food was great and great service they were fast and the food was made perfect. The bartender was sweet and the fast. They seated us right as we were walking in.

On the plus side my daughter’s Special steak was perfectly cooked. On the minus side, the service was slow – slow to be acknowledged, slow to be seated, slow to get menus & slow to take our order.
Plus – the manager walked the floor & approached every table.
Minus – dry rice, flavorless flour tortillas & unseasoned meat, vegetables & soup.
Plus – the sangria & strawberry margaritas were very good.
Plus – nice art on the walls.
EDIT: food poisoning set in 7 hours after this meal. I ended up dehydrated & in bed all Saturday/​Saturday night from being sick from 4AM on.

Horrible… horrible… horrible. Service was bad, the portions were small and the food was barely just OK. I asked for some jalapeños on the side and our fool of a waiter brought me a watery bowl of frozen jalapeños…idiots.

We came here for lunch the other day. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Beautiful décor. A very varied menu.
We started by sharing a classic Mexican Coctel de Camarones: ver flavorful despite being mild enough so Aunt Mary could eat it. We also ordered their version of a chile relleno. This one was a pasilla pepper filled with goat cheese and covered by a delicious pink sauce. Excellent flavor. I got a carne asada burrito custom made with the ingredients I wanted. Chips and salsa were good. The pico de gallo I ordered on the side was also very yummy.
