I will start with that Red Lobster is one of my favorite restaurants. Every chance my wife and I get, we go to this Red Lobster. So tonight started very bad. For some reason Red Lobster forgot about Valentine’s Day for 2016. I called the restaurant to ask about being placed on the waiting list. The lady who answered the phone stated that she would transfer me to the host station. For 12 minutes I waited on the phone. My wife and I actually made it to Red Lobster and was still on hold. So my wife parked the car and I walked in to Red Lobster while still on hold. As I walked in to the restaurant there were 4 people standing at the hist station. I was placed on the list, and yes I was still on hold. So I ask for the manager who was posted as being Bret. Well no Bret. A lady stated she was the manager. So I asked her why I was still on hold? I also asked to tell to which phone would my call be transferred to. She pointed to the phone right on the host station. She tried to explain to me that all she could do is try to find out who took the call. So I told her that I was still on hold and wondered how many others were on hold as well. While she tried to explain to me the reason for me still being on hold, another young lady rudely interrupts the conversation and states, «we are very busy tonight». First of all, I saw all the people I had to walk by on the way in «Queen of the obvious»!!! Second, when a manager speaks, workers should understand that their input is no longer required. Third, if the intent was to not place anyone on the waiting list, then say so. Fourth, sarcastic responses to loyal customers results in sarcastic reviews left on Unilocal

Certainly am a fan of RL. I don’t come to Red Lobster often but I should. I’m not a picky eater & I’m just a sucker for good food. I had a great server & my food came out exactly the way I liked it. I don’t think there was anything I could complain about. It’s pricey so don’t come in here expecting $ 8 dishes. I ordered an appetizer, a big plate of seafood sampler & a steak plate. All that amounted to approximately $ 100 without tip. Very worth it. Unfortunately, some people are allergic or just not fans. To each his own. I LOVED my experience.

Hadn’t been here in over a year because of the poor service. Went in at lunch and there wre probably 12 people in the restaurant when we got there. Service was still bad. Got our meal before our salads! When we asked about bread they said it was still cooking. They brought it when we were almost done with our meal. Then our waitress seemed to ignore us altogether. Food was good! Guess I’ll wait more than a year or more next time!

This place sucked! Went here last night for New Year’s Eve and it wasn’t busy at all. They had us wait for 15 min and when she sat us, there were tables all around us just empty. Our waitress was so annoying because she kept trying to take stuff off the table that was full! She didn’t even ask but yet she just walked up and took my husbands beer that was half full! Pissed me off so badly because she didn’t bring him another so that was a waste of 5 bucks. Her attitude ruined our time. The food wasn’t good either, my shrimp scampi was dry and hard and my husbands fish tacos were ok for him but when he got home he got sick all night! Hate this place.

Out for anniversary dinner and ordered Brussel sprouts on the side. After a long wait our server came back and informed us that they were out of Brussel sprouts and asked what we would like instead. I asked for asparagus. She said it would be extra. I think under the circumstances it should have been an even substitute. We didn’t get butter with our lobster. Even the bread wasn’t good this time. Not very happy. On a positive note and the only reason I changed my review from 1 star to 2 stars was because the waitress could sense my dissatisfaction and took off one of the meals. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this red lobster in years.

I’ve been eating at this restaurant for many years, but for some reason today wasn’t the best food I’ve eaten and served. My husband and I came after lunch rush hours. The service was fast since it wasn’t busy, the cheddar cheese biscuits are always nice hot and scrumptious!!! I ordered my favorite which is the Cajun chicken linguine alfredo, it was just the right portion for lunch, a little dry but was good. But my husband ordered the battered cod fish, it was very greasy and rubbery taste. He wasn’t able to eat it, n he also ordered the sweet potato casserole with pecans but they ran out of pecans today. It was so bland and didn’t taste like real sweet potatoes. The manager came to our table and asked if the food was okay, so my husband explained the situation, all she asked if he wanted to try a different fish. After tasting that kind of fried fish, I don’t think he wanted to try anything else. The manager didn’t even offer to remove the fish platter off our bill. Anyways, I guess it must be just a bad day, but we won’t be coming back very soon. Maybe in a few months or more…

Friendly customer service, although the food took quite a while to come out. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but at least it was clean. I can definitely say that«Fresh catch» wasn’t the best, and the portion was disappointing. On a positive note, the menu price for the rainbow trout is misprinted, by $ 2 in favor of the customer. Also, I hope no one planned on choosing a live lobster, the tank was empty. The server’s positive attitude saved this Red Lobster from only getting 2 stars. Good for her.

Went on a Sat night at 10pm. The appetizer was crab stuffed mushrooms and chicken tenders. We received 3 mushrooms and the 3 chicken tenders were thin, small and dried up. My lobster was rubbery and my dish did not have a taste. The salmon was dry and smelled fishy. There was a server that was sweeping while we were eating and dust was going everywhere. The best part of our meal was our server Cassandra who was friendly although scarce.

I’m giving the review a 2 star simply because the waiter was very nice and helpful. But I wont be going back. Biscuits and butter were the best of a 62 $$ meal for two. Steak and lobster plus beer batter cod and fries. Fries were good, But salad on both orders very limp and like it was just dumped out of bag. No vingarete dressing on Fridays? I see someone else also had the same complaint. The paneling and wooden cabinets need a wash and the carpet should be cleaned at least every couple of nights. It looks very unkempt. I won’t go back will suggest to others to do the same.

Out of NY steak and vinaigrette dressing on Friday at 6pm? Then get an attitude when I get irritated because you are out of items on the menu? Lobster tacos dry and made from frozen. And the food ain’t cheap here folks!!! Overcooked food. Wife couldn’t get steak so got the chicken, should be called the wooden sandwich. Dry tasteless crap. Very disappointed in this Red Lobster and will not be back.

I’m not really sure why so many low reviews. My coworker and I went on a Sunday. It was her birthday weekend plus her family was also in town. We had just gotten out of church and decided to eat at Red Lobster. Honestly, it’s been several years since I’ve eaten at a Red Lobster. Upon arrival the parking lot and landscape was kept really well. There wasn’t any unsightly trash and it was plenty of parking. As we walked into the building we were greeted immediately by the hostess. We were a party of 9. So of course it takes a minute for them to set up. While waiting I noticed that the restaurant was very clean and didn’t have any odd smell. I remember long ago going to some Red Lobster’s and it had the fishy smell I hated. It took all of maybe 10 minutes to set up our table. We were seated near the back near the bar. This worked out really well for us because we had 4 small children with us. I ordered the Crabfest Sampler and it was a tiny crab cake and crab stuffed mushrooms. It was extremely yummy. I could taste all the butter and fat in this sampler. If it wasn’t a shame I would have ordered the full serving of the crab stuffed mushrooms. That’s how good it was. The crab cake was a little dry but not horrible. But it didn’t excite me like the stuffed mushrooms. Unfortunately, I can’t remember our server name but she was very nice. She was able to get all of our drinks and appetizers out on time. We didn’t have any issues with our main courses. The refills kept flowing and everyone enjoyed their Sunday lunch. Overall, this was just your typically lunch. No thrills or frills but we didn’t have an awful experience. I wouldn’t have a problem going back to this Red Lobster.

We have been coming to this location since the 90’s and have always had a pleasant dining experience here. We tend to come during the early afternoon hours and have wonderful service. The complimentary biscuits are always the best part, they are so tender, hot, garlicky and cheesy. I love the crispness of freshly cut romaine tossed in a creamy caesar dressing. I usually get the cajun chicken linguini alfredo, just the right amount of heat in creamy goodness. The coconut shrimp is perfectly coated in a flavorful and crisp coating with the correct proportions of ingredients. We always have an absolutely delicious experience when coming here. Wow is all I can say. Upon entering the establishment the smell was very unpleasant, but it is a fish place, but wow! We waited 15 mins before anyone took our drink order, then another 20 to take the actual order and then 45 mins to get our food. Did I mention that the place had maybe 5 tables filled, now I see why. The Manger didn’t seem to care much, just gave a generic response about the service. This was the first and last time I dine at this establishment. I should have gone to Long John Silver. The service would have been better and I would have gotten what I paid for.
