Small farmers market with a great selection and friendly hippies! Stock up on everything from rambutans to star fruit. Much better than my local farmer’s market in Texas that is all arts and crafts and minimal food items.

For any farmers market in kauai be there on time! U miss out on the best stuff! Scored on sweet corn and long green beans. It’s by the school gym!

This Farmers’ Market meets in the parking lot a couple of buildings East of the Kong Long Center on Keneke St on Thursdays at 4:30pm.
The Kong Long Center is at the South East Corner of the Kilauea Lighthouse Road and Keneke St.
There were about 16 farmers and no arts and crafts. There was a good selection of items and I saw many of the same farmers also attend the Hanalei Farmers’ Market on Saturdays.
They have a much smaller Kalauea Farmers’ Market on Saturdays from 9am-​12pm at the West end of Keneke St past the post office. Apparently, it has had to recently change locations. So, not many people or vendors were there when we stopped by.
