We’ve been bringing our 2 year old daughter here since she was only a few days old. The doctors are knowledgable and caring and we can easily get an appointment if our daughter gets sick. The only thing that lacks is the friendliness of the front desk.

Went in for my daughter who is 7 and had a throat and ear infection. Upon waling in I noticed there were 2 woman sitting at the desk. The office was empty and even though it was empty, they proceeded to act as if I wasn’t even there. IN walks in some guy taking tea orders and they continue to ignore me. I put my name on the list and as I sit down, they act as if they never noticed I was there. The main receptionist looked at me as if wanting to say«please come back some other time, I’m enjoying my downtime doing nothing. She continued being rude all the way down to asking for the $ 20 copay. I gave her my Debit card and she snarled… «This car has no money». How the hell do you even make such an assumption. Well, I didn’t feel like getting into that whole«of course there’s money» tirade, I hand her my wife’s debit card. She says again… «There is no money in that card either», Now I tell her«of course there is». She gave me a look as if she wished I was dead. The doctor was fantastic… very sweet and very good with children. When I exited the office, I noticed I had been double charged, I had to turn back and deal with this. The Receptionist failed to take accountability of the error completely. She claimed I was wrong and that I shouldn’t worry as it may show a double charge but in reality(or lala land) it doesn’t really matter cause the money wasn’t taken out. In the middle of all this, she was dialing numbers calling friends to assist her in figuring out what the hell to do… She then began talking about me to the other people on the phone… I couldn’t believe it… all this and my little girl is feeling like crap. She then tells me «do you understand english». This coming coming from an immigrant that barely has full grasp of the english language. I decide to call my bank and they verified that yes, my account had been double charged… She still refused to accept accountability. I canceled my transaction, got my daughters meds and headed home to put her to bed. All this and she never once attempted to return my insurance card… now I have to go all the way back to get my card. I was called by one of her employers to apologize for her attitude, but to be honest, his tone was that of someone who was just trying to perform damage control. Very sad that Doctors this wonderful use such trash to represent their practice… accountability will fall on your doorstep for hiring such crappy help.
