The staff here is super nice and friendly. I was referred here due to unfortunate events and I have to wear an ankle brace for a few months.
I came in for my consultation and to be fitted for my brace. I meet with a staff member who took the time to explain to me about my current ankle problems. The pros and con to the type of problems Im having and possible risk I face as of result of not receiving proper care. He explained to me the importance of proper foot wear.
He didn’t make me feel like he was rushing me out and that my care didn’t matter. The receptionist was just as nice and even came into the room and became part of the discussion. It has been a long time sense I have gone to a medical facility and was made to feel welcomed.
