Paradise Flowers

My mom has been a longtime customer of Paradise Flowers, and we were so happy to work with them for our wedding flowers. We worked with Tish, who is extremely knowledgeable, and has a wonderful eye and artistic sense. I was able to send her inspiration photos in advance, and everything from the large arrangements, to the smallest details (hairpiece, boutonnieres etc.) turned out beautifully. Even our guests were raving about the flowers! We would highly recommend Paradise Flowers for any occasion. Thank you so much Paradise Flowers and Tish for all of your hard work!

What a joke. I called the other day looking specifically for sunflowers. Knowing that they are being sold everywhere. Whoever answered the phone was very short with me and not only said «Sunflowers are not in season we dont have them untill its sunflower time» but also told me that no one else had them.
The next 3 places I called all had beautiful fresh sunflower bouquets for Me.
Dont waste your time just go elsewhere and get somthing you’re looking for. Marin has tons of great options.

George was so helpful, and I appreciated his guidance. Just gave a price and a color and he immediately gave recommendations over the phone for a ‘get well’ bouquet to a longtime Foundation friend needing same day hospital delivery. Highly recommended!

A++ for Excellence!!! I needed three very large flower arrangements and from the moment I spoke with Patty I knew I had found the right florist! She asked all the right questions and understood exactly what I wanted after just a short phone conversation.
Later that day I visited the shop in person and she was kind enough gather a sample of the flowers so I could see them together and get an idea of how the final arrangements would look. I knew I was in great hands when I discovered she participated in Bouquets to Art at the De Young Museum for 25 years.
The arrangements truly were works of art. The flowers were incredibly fresh, beautifully arranged, smelled wonderful, and lasted a very long time. Every detail, including the customer service, was perfect.

I have been going to Paradise Flowers for years. The owners are fabulous as is everything there. You will not find more beautiful flowers and special items anywhere else in Marin. The staff is very creative and always goes out of their way to do whatever you need. Great customer service and gorgeous store. You will be very happy that you went!

I was waiting to send flowers to my son until after the birth of their baby yesterday. Unfortunately, the birth got to be late in the day and the call was late. I live in Texas and had called 1−800-flowers and they were unable to deliver until Monday. I called Paradise Flowers and asked if they could still deliver today. They said no that the delivery person had gone home for the day. Then in the background came a response of «I can drop it off.» We picked out a blue hydrangea, they packed it up with a note, and delivered it to my family. I am so thankful for Tish and Gina who did this for me. I had to let someone know. Well Done!

I’ve purchased hydrangeas at Paradise Flowers for a while, and they were fine. I was happy enough with the plants, although I did notice that most of the people in the shop were distant and uppity. But in the last couple of months I have purchased plants that have not performed well. These hydrangeas lasted just a few days before they collapsed. I tried to provide first a staff person, and then the owner, with feedback on the plants’ quality and I was really taken aback when the owner threw me out of the shop telling me she did not have time for my comments. I was not asking for any financial adjustment and had already purchased another set of plants. However, I was expecting the owner and her staff to be receptive to the feedback and to provide some acknowledgement of the problem. Instead they behaved in a chilly and snotty fashion, telling me to go away. Shop there at your own risk if you have problems. I certainly won’t be back. Personally I don’t think this person belongs in a retail business.

For my birthday my mom wanted to send me flowers, sponteniously. Called around and no one could on such short notice, the day off. Paradise flowers said yes, not a problem. Asked her what kind or color. She said blues. I ended up with green! and purple. Not the most attractive bunch and on top of that she paid probably three times what she should have!
Save your money and try a couple more flower shops before them.
