We drive from SF to Kentfield (35 mi round trip plus bridge toll) to see Dr Summers. She and her staff are warm, kind, gentle, and everything else you would want in a dentist.
My personal #1 reason for hauling all the way out to Marin to see Dr Summers? She LISTENS to what I say and ask, and she has a conversatio/discussion with me about why and what to do, or not do. My favorite dentist ever.
I’ve long suspected that some dentists are fond of the fact that a patient can’t talk when s/he has somebody’s hands in his/her mouth … but Dr Summers is not one of those.
Highly recommended, and I’ve had ALL kinds of dentists over the years. She’s right up there at the top. Worth the drive.
