I have been in this store 3 or 4 times in the past couple years. Each time I have been in there I feel like I am intruding on something. No one seems able to come over and ask if I need help. Or to try to answer any questions abut the machines. And if I happen to ask about some fabric or a quilt pattern I have heard a heavy sigh as if it was the stupidest question or the rolling of the eyes. I would highly recommend finding another place to do business

Really crappy service. I bought a viking sewing machine from them 6 months ago, and while I love my machine, their service is crap. The few times I have gone in for help, which when I bought my machine they encouraged me to do, they have been rude and condescending. Very elitist attitudes, treating me like an idiot because I am a novice seamstress and don’t know a lot about sewing. Never mind that I dropped a ton of money in their store or that, as my dealer, their job is to help customers like me figure it out; they act like anytime you walk in with a question, it is the worst day of their lives and they have no time for you. Jeez, I’m sorry I interrupted your quilting marathon. While the product itself is great, I highly recommend finding a different dealer to buy it from because these people are not willing to help you in any way.
