Delicious food. Delightful service and atmosphere. Great place to stop for a quick healthy bite.

Excellent for lunch! Great local wine selections. I loved that my former art teacher(from Kamiakin) had his artwork adorning the walls! I had the Turkado panini with salad and it was delicious! I’ll be back when I come back for a visit to Kennewick.

What a great place! Context: 5:45pm Saturday night. Walk in off the desolate«downtown» Kennewick street into an empty restaurant. While this would normally force me to turn around and find someplace else, the wonderfully decorated interior, eclectic seating options, and my growling stomach took me to a table. The food menu is basic in the best of ways. Cheese plate, salads, and paninis. They do three things and they do them well. The cheese plate is a must. Apples, cheese, crackers, olives, and dried cranberries offer a great appetizer to your meal here. The paninis are hot all the way through and crispy without being burnt. There is a panini for everyone! I would not call any of them adventurous, but they are solid choices with great ingredients. Side salad was a hearty portion. Curated wine selection but also a nice variety of beer for the non-vino drinkers. The waitress handled the four tables that eventually filled up with grace and walked with a purpose from the kitchen in the back to our table by the window. Food came out wonderfully paced and we did not feel rushed. Summary: Great, local eatery that has a lot to offer those who find themselves under its strung lights. The set up and cleanliness of the place speaks to the proprietor’s passion and attention to detail.

Just had lunch and enjoyed it immensely! Great service and unique ambiance. Food was great. Server even brought me an oversized Greek salad. I don’t drink wine but if I did the looks of the wine selection could only mean I would like one. I can’t think of anything for them to improve in. Loved it!!!

I met the owner today. She is great. My panini was good. The bread is authentic. The vegetables were fresh. Potato salad was flavorful. You should eat here.

Absolutely excellent! Great food and great wine! Came here to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Having never even heard of the place I was first astonished by the stone floors and brick and earth toned walls. The snowflakes hanging from the ceiling was a great touch. The food was just as great as the atmosphere. I ordered the Reuben and boy was it delicious! One of the best Reubens I have had in a long time. My father and I shared a crab panini aswell, just as delicious. I can’t wait to start trying everything on this menu and being a regular at this local restaurant. This place just goes to show that you can suport your local economy all the while enjoying yourself with great food, a great atmosphere, and a trying something new.

I will update this review as my dinner proceeds. 7 minutes to get the waitresses attention after we sat ourselves. Got our drinks pretty quick. 15 minutes in and we can’t get her attention to place our food order. There are only 16 people in the place. The people who came in 17 minutes after is have an order into the kitchen. Some new waitress showed from nowhere to take their order. My wife has taken to wearing her menu as a hat to see if she will remember to come back and take our order. Finally spotted us and took our order at 21 minutes. The food tastes good so I will update the rating.

Lovely 100+ year old building. Nice basic décor. They’re displaying a local artist’s work but it’s very forgettable and over priced. It was very quiet with one person at the bar and a couple at another table(left shortly after). It took awhile to get our order placed, but it only took 10 minutes for the food to arrive once we did. Our paninis were correct, hot and delicious. The minestrone was nice but unremarkable. We didn’t get refills on our waters and when the bill was dropped off we were never asked if we wanted anything else like dessert. Surprising since there was one worker and we’re the only customers left here. We’ll be back but it’s a treat not a regular stop.

We’re from out of town and came here after trying the sports bar 2 doors down based on Unilocal.SOOOGLAD we did. Great ambiance, excellent paninis. Good wine and beer selection at a reasonable price. Worth the trip. Highly recommended it.

Best panini I have had in town. I had the Italian with tomato basil soup… and a bud light, don’t hate. Anyways, dipping the sandwich in the soup was so tasty! They were both good individually as well obviously. Price was reasonable and the nice ladies working here were friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for an afternoon treat

LOVED this place! The inside is so quaint and adorable and the food is to die for! I don’t really like crab but I decided to try their crab melt since it looked so good and loved it! The cheese was melted and gooey and the crab was cooked to perfection! Totally loved my experience there and DEFINITELY going to go back soon. :)

What a treat! After wanting to eat here for some time, finally got around to it and very glad we did. The interior is cool, yet welcoming. Interesting art adorns the walls and equally interesting music at a reasonable level add to the overall pleasant vibe of this place. One of the owners helped us so one could assume prompt courteous service. And that’s exactly what we got. Along with some pleasant conversation when we wanted it. We enjoyed our conversation. So, ambience — check; service — check. What about the food? We had a very nice lunch. My wife absolutely LOVED the housemade tomato/basil soup. I would agree but I was only allowed one small bite. Both our paninis where very tasty: Crab & cheddar and the Turkado. Very tasty indeed. To conclude, even though I only have it 4 stars, I have only very positive things to say about it. I’m merely reluctant to give out 5 stars unless I am left speechless by the experience. Given that reluctance, I give the Zinful Pannini Bar 4 Plus stars. We’ll be back for sure!

I love coming here. If you are seeking a true panini sandwich, this is THE place to come. The bread is exactly how a panini should be made with. Everything has always been fresh and filling every time I have ate here.

Loved this place! My wife and I were visiting from California. We stumbled upon as we were walking around downtown. Very nice place, nice wine selection. Loved the feel to the place. Didn’t get around to the food because we’d just had lunch but I highly recommend this place.

great place in the heart of down town. We found this place while visiting. We passed by it on the way to O’henry’s and the O’henry’s owner told us to make sure we hit that place during our stay. We enjoyed it. The owners were very knowledgeable about their wine and offered some great tips on what to do while we visited Kennewick/Pasco. The décor/vibe is great. Nice paintings, cool brick walls, soothing music. We were given generous glasses of local wines and had a place to relax for a while. Check it out!

I can’t think of a single thing concerning Zinful that would translate into a rating of less than five stars! I really enjoyed our lunch this week. To start with, our friend’s artwork, Jenny Rieke, is on exhibit at Zinful for the rest of this month or so. Wonderful, beautiful pieces that caught our eyes immediately upon entering. Jenny’s exhibit is based upon re-using found materials: conveyor belts, pieces of wooden furniture, cassette tape ribbons, cardboard, tea leaves, buttons, fabric, and more. The beauty created out of stuff that most of us would discard or ignore is unbelievably happy to look at. It tells a story, one story at least, of the lives of many of us… gone through the wringer; used-up, perhaps; tired and worn; until Someone rescues us and brings out of the dark closet or trash heap and makes something beautiful of us. The atmosphere, service, food and drink at Zinful is a great complement to our friend’s art. We were seated immediately, although we found it hard to break away from looking at the art pieces. The two paninis that we ordered were delicious and reasonably priced, well presented. Our waitress was friendly, smiling, eager to please, eager to suggest other community events and opportunities that would enrich our experience. They offered a free carafe of French-pressed coffee, made with beans freshly roasted by Blue Stilly… smooth, deep flavor. I enjoyed several cupfuls and still didn’t empty the carafe! The usual soft drinks were available, but I was in the mood to splurge and treat my appetite to something new, something richly flavored to top-off the delicious sandwiches and coffee. I chose Warre’s Optima Tawny Port, and it was fantastic! Small glass, a bit on the expensive side(OK, solidly on the expensive side!) but it was worth it. Deep, intense flavor of dark chocolate and sweet fruit, very smooth. We left with a pound of freshly roasted coffee beans and a very nice set of bedsheets. Bedsheets? Yep! They had a tasteful display of Egyptian cotton bedsheets, various sizes and colors, at very reasonable prices! Crazy! Couldn’t pass them up! We’ll be back!

We were passing through on our way from Portland to Glacier National Park and needed a good lunch. We found this place on Unilocal and it sounded good, so we dropped in. We had many hours to drive still, so we didn’t have any wine. But we did have paninis and they were absolutely delicious! I would love to come back here sometime for wine. By the way, this restaurant uses Facebook for their website, which Unilocal doesn’t allow in the website listings. So if you’re looking for the menu, it is here:
