Chipz & Dentz Away

Amazing job!!! I brought my car in with some pretty bad scratches from a minor accident and from putting my car in the automatic car wash. They did an awesome job matching the paint and repairing the scratches! If I have any other issues I would definitely bring my vehicle back here. The only issue I had was that I wish they would have cleaned their mess in the vehicle and on the vehicle before I picked it up, it was clean when I brought it in, but dirty when I picked it up, other than that the work was excellent.

Joey did a fantastic job on repairing a bumper crunch on our car, it looks like new and it was pleasure to work with them. Thanks to Theresa also for taking care of the details.

Joey repaired my damaged bumper and scratches on my drivers side door and hood of my car. He did an amazing job! From when I stopped by to get a quote to picking up my car, Joey was professional but also very courteous. He gave me a reasonable price and I felt so comfortable speaking with him, that I left my car with him to be repaired immediately. I was actually quite in awe of how well everything turned out, he matched my colors perfectly. I will definitely be a return customer and will recommend Joey to all of my friends and family.

I am not impressed with the excuses as to why it took 2 days to detail my car and the lack of attention to detail and follow through. $ 300 to remove two door dings, touch up paint, wet sand and wax and I have to point out dried white wax in the black cracks of my doors, hood, and trunk? I have to point out all of the flaws that need attention when I pick it up? No phone calls when the car isn’t ready when promised– twice? This shop needs help. Blame placed on an employee who is «so fired» and a doctor’s visit by the owner. Next time I will be going somewhere else that does it right the first time and has the car ready when promised. UPDATE: After reading my review, the owner graciously refunded all of our money, sending a check in the mail to reimburse us for our trouble. Joey is a great guy, he just needs some additional help in the shop to be successful.

The owner and his wife provide excellent service and work. They matched the paint on our Lexus perfectly. Also, in comparison to another local shop which needed at least five days, Chipz and Dentz Away only needed two days. We are quite impressed and thankful!
