I’ve never felt the need to express my disapointment of a stores customer service via social media before. But, after my experiance this morning with this stores manager, I believe it is only right to make sure the rest of the world knows how poorly this store is run. This store poorly handled my photo order and when I complained about the mishandlings the manager didn’t bother to apologize but instead made excuses for her staff. Apparently she didnt feel like dealing with any upset customers this morning so she asked me to leave. I hadnt raised my voice or used vulger language, I spoke sternly and made my disapointment known. The situaltion could have and should have been easily disfused but instead this manager took advantage of her position and made it very clear that this store has no intention of properly handling orders. I recommend you take your business ANYWHERE else. Personally, I’d rather go to a walmart in the ghetto. Later I sent my mother back to the store, to pick up my order as I did not have time to send it elsewhere. The manager then lied to my mother about what had happened in the store earlier and proceeded to slander me. She told my mother I had «started dropping f-​bombs.» First of all this is untrue, it is slander, and I look foreward to a full investigation from walgreen’s corporate.

Ok so this is my local Walgreens. It is convenient and has a pretty good variety of merchandise. They have a ton of makeup and cosmetics, vitamins, over the counter medicines, and food and beer. They are right across the street from Walmart so I usually just go here if I only need a couple of items or beer. The prices are good also and you get in and out fast. They are always open on holidays as well which always comes in handy when you forgot that one item you need for a holiday dinner. The best thing about this location is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful and after a few visits recognize you and say hello. The only thing I don’t use here is the pharmacy which is too slow.
