I loved it there! I came in for a brake adjustment and new pedals. They helped me with what I needed and then some. I’m a total newbie when it comes to a lot of the stuff, so they made sure to fit me and gave me a crash course on clipping in and out. Levi was really informative and I left feeling a lot more confident on my bike.

My spouse and I walked into this place looking to buy a bike. There were 2 other customers here. No one acknowledged us, we continued to walk around, it’s not much of a shop, not many bikes on display. I walk toward the sales guy to make he saw us and he looked up and then looked away. That was our cue to leave. Bad customer service!
It’s ok to say «HI» or «I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU» just acknowledge! Customer service is the KEY! I will not ever come here again.
