Subway

Had a craving for Subway so decided after picking up medication we’d stop by Subway since it was next door to Kroger’s
There was something going on between the young employee and this older black male customer that was acting a little awkward. I asked the guy was everything ok he said «yes I was just helping the man out with something.»
I shrugged my shoulders and was like o.kaayy. Keeping an eye on the guy I went ahead with my order. He was polite and did a nice job making the sandwiches. At the register he asked me if I wanted anything else I replied no thank you. The man seemed to be standing around waiting for something. As I paid the man came and stood beside me and was like «American Express wow you must be rolling in doe.» I grabbed those bags & I got out of there.
Yeah I won’t be back their ill try another location.

You’ve got to be kidding me. Such a drastic change in 9 months? These three employees today knew nothing about customer service. The first one just messed up the wheat bread by separating it too hard. Then I kept saying, «Please toast it, please toast it!» However, it took me about 4 times until they finally did. Also, he put ranch, and I’m like, «What was that?» Then I gave a coupon for a free cookie and no one knew how to redeem it. WOW! LAME!
