Parkside Grand Parkway Luxury Apartments

The apartments look brand new, trendy, clean, and secured. Office staff are very nice and helpful with anything we need or have questions about. The environment looks pet friendly, makes my boyfriend and I want a dog. Location is great, right off the feeder of 99.

My husband and i have not moved in yet but i will say, Jackie has been such a help in the apartment hunting process. She went above and beyond to meet our needs and find exactly what we were looking for. If you look at these apartments i highly suggest you meet with Jackie.

After living at a complex in Cinco for several years I signed a lease here. Primary reasons I chose Parkside Grandparkway is the pricing, amenities, location and Jackie in the office. The location is in Cinco, which I love, easy access to I-​10 and 99. Everything is just a short distance from here. The amenities are exactly what I was looking for, amazing pool, cabanas, awesome gym. The apartment itself is all updated, new and spacious! The balconies are huge so you have great outdoor living space as well. They didn’t skimp on the décor inside either. The grounds are clean, no trash or debris any where. The hallways are clean no trash or stains. Stairwells are clean. It’s quite. Pride is shown in how well this complex is kept. There’s even little fenced in dog parks that are clean, play toys built in for the dogs. Plenty of parking. Garages are big! Jackie in the office made sure all my needs were met and I was comfortable with my move. She even checked on me to make sure things were going ok with my move. She worked with me every step of the way and answered every question I had as a new resident in a cheerful timely manner. I look forward to experiencing my new home and will update in 6 months.
