Got drinks here last night. They were not full. Not sure what’s going on at this location but all the reviews say this — We pay for a full cup people ! Service is usually inconsistent here. They give out a lot of free drinks due to wait time. They need a management overhaul it seems.

If I could give this Starbucks zero stars I would. I live less than 3 minutes from this place so convenience wise it’s great. Besides that, this place is awful. The employees that work here could care less if they make your drink right. I feel as though they just rush through it. If we are going to pay 5 dollars for a cup of coffee, we deserve for it to be made right. So let’s say you order a grande, they’ll give you half the cup of the actual drink and fill the rest with whip. This ALWAYS happens to me. They need to hire new people who actually no what they are doing. There is a new Starbucks that opened down the road from this one, so take your money elsewhere!

Went into this location to buy a bag of coffee. And when we got to the cash register I waited there for a good 5 mins. And none of the staff that works there seen me and a line forming and didn’t bother to acknowledge that I was there like we’ll be with you in a minute. Finally I asked a chick that was busy talking to her co worker if there was anyone working the cash register then she asked another chick to come over there. Now remind you the chick that was busy talking to her co worker was the one that was working the cash register when I arrived and got in line. And I only gave it 2 stars cuz it was clean.

This Starbucks is poorly staffed and managed! They have failed so many health codes, the coffee is stale and burnt, and drinks are being made by improperly trained baristas. I have been to Starbucks in numerous states and cities. This is the worst one. If you must go to a Starbucks I would suggest go to the one off of Greenhouse.

I was deciding between going to the Starbucks here or the obv in La Centera… Clearly I made the wrong choice. The drive through literally took 20 min, and the Starbucks double shot I got was ¾ths of the way full. Ridiculous. I don’t even go to Starbucks anyway ever since I actually started drinking good coffee like Boomtown or Southside Espresso, but I went here because I had a gift card. I would have rather just given the gift card to someone and saved the 20 min!

My boyfriend and I are visiting from Colorado and needed a quick pick me up. This place is awful ! The entire placed had flies buzzing around and the workers were completely disorganized. The girl calling out the orders was whispering so no one knew if that was their order or not … The place looks disheveled inside, not a nice atmosphere to sit down and enjoy your drink. I can see why this location has so many negative reviews.

So I went there yesterday to get a smoothie, it tasted a little odd. I just figured it was the way they make it, whatever. Went back today to get a lemonade, it was awful !! It was water down. I will never go back to this Starbucks.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years and their service is a bit below average. But I have to tell you, I had an experience there that shocked me, because I know Starbucks as a company has more class than this. I pre-ordered on my phone at 9pm, a basic hot chocolate and of course waited 10 minutes until I went to go pick it up. I walk in and I ask them for my drink, and the girl there(young lady), says, «Oh did you order from your phone?» to which I replied yes and she said, «Oh we haven’t even started making your drink yet! «(this is ridiculous because the Starbucks was deserted) How could they possibly get an order and 20 minutes later not have it ready when they have no customers coming in and out of the store. The whole point of the Starbucks App is to get your drinks on the go! So you can go! Anyway, then the lady said«well we don’t have hot chocolate so I’ll make you a peppermint mocha instead.» Now I started to get frustrated and I wanted the drink I ordered. I politely told her that I would like a hot chocolate or my money back but she insisted that I had a peppermint mocha and refused to give me a refund! Minutes later I got a peppermint mocha and just left. I was very upset. And on top of that my peppermint mocha had no taste of peppermint in it. I will NEVEREVER come to this place again. I love Starbucks but this particular one is a huge turn off.

Starbucks is convenient but nothing special. The coffee is over priced and half the time when you order JUST coffee you don’t get the blend you ordered. Unfortunately I’m not sure there is anything better.

I was sitting briefly waiting for my drink and saw the slew of bad reviews. I have to say that I did see a ridiculous line at the drive-through but as far as my experience it was good. The employees were courteous, efficient and the coffee was good. Nothing more I can ask for.

Desperation brought me here. I wanted an iced coffee and I asked for their dark brew over ice. They don’t do that. They only use the coffee they want for their iced coffee. I asked if I could have a blondie with the dark brew. They don’t do that. This place is a joke where getting an original coffee is considered. Like I said, I was desperate. I got a latte with a double shot and it was decent. There is a gas station nearby if I’m ever desperate again.

So many bad reviews! This made me look forward to the experience in a perverse way. Walked in at 8:22; placed my order at 8:33. Had some difficulty ordering the thing advertised 3 feet away. Picked up my order of 8:36. Not bad! My drink and sandwich were fine. The restaurant was clean. The employees weren’t unfriendly. What can I say? Easy 3 stars.

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to they don’t even know what a French press is. I use the online app here as well it took them 35 minutes to make a drip roast coffee

I ordered 2 Ice’d coffees and sat down by the counter where they give you your drinks or items when they’re done. I waited 5 minutes Patiently, then 10minutes. Then my wife txt’d me outside of what’s taking so long… I then noticed everyone else who ordered after me getting their drinks. I finally came back over to the cash register and ask where my order was… The reply to the cashier was, «you must have been in the bathroom-we’re out of Ice’d coffee.» (How is THISPOSSIBLE!!! It’s a COFFEESHOP! This is like the donut store being out of doughnuts! They had ONE JOB-And Failed!) The cashier said«I looked for you but couldn’t find you, you must have gone to the bathroom.» I said«no you didn’t, I was right there waiting for my order, you never came over looking for me». He said very franticly, «can I get you anything else? A Carmel thing?» I responded rudely, «no give me a refund». And that was that, no apology or anything done to make up for their mistake. I will never go back to this Starbucks again. I went to another one and was very pleased with their customer service & got what I ordered in a timely fashion.

Pretty irritated that I paid $ 6 for a cup of coffee and I ended up getting water. The service was timely and friendly but that does not excuse the fact that you gave me water. I’m giving it two stars because I’ve gotten good drinks from here before other wise it’d be a one star review
