Tried most of their cookies and other bakes. I am a frequent buyer. I love the cookies and the crème brûlée cookie cups. Make sure you buy from the one in the food court as it is always busy and they bake from time to time so cookies are always fresh! Unlike the one with the cinnabon — its slow on that side of the mall so expect that cookies could be sitting for awhile. For customer service — some members are very nice and some are not.

Terrible service in especial the blond lady Kathy, every vary playing in the store, if you need something they are in other world, the girl don’t say thanks or something, don’t look the customers, maybe this is the reason because the store is empty, first and last time here!

There are 2 Nestle’s in this mall and this one is by the Bass Pro Shop. It is also a Cinnabon. I haven’t actually gotten any of the Nestle items here and only gotten Cinnabon treats.
I can’t say the Cinnabon choices always taste fresh. If you walk the mall to exercise away from the heat, you’ll see them putting food out a good 20 minutes before they even open sometimes. That said, it can be a good fix when the scent of cinnamon and sugar is just too much to take!

Cookies are great! Who doesn’t love chocolate chip cookies?
The staff is very friendly and I appreciated them accommodating my last minute request. It was my daughters 16th birthday today and wanted to get her a cookie cake. Well I didn’t know that you typically need to order them ahead of time. I got there a little after 5:00 PM. Luckily they were able to bake one for me before they closed at 6:00 PM and actually had it ready before 5:45!
The reason I came here for the cookie cake is because I bought one from the grocery store once and no body liked it. So it is worth paying a few extra bucks for quality!
If you want great tasting cookies and happen to be in the mall then be sure to stop by this place to get your sugar fix!!!
