Wingstop

We order wings from this location at least once a month, sometimes more. The staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh and made to order. We’ve never had any major issues except maybe forgetting to put an item or something in our bag and they’re always willing to fix the problem without any issues. Food is pricy but we always get at least two meals out it so to us it’s more than worth it. We use their app for easy online ordering. It saves previous orders which makes your ordering process even easier!

Completely and utterly disgusting. wings were not fresh tasting, or moist. I ordered the original spicy hot wings, and it tasted as if it had been dipped in tobacco sauce. we also ordered the garlic parmesan and teriyaki, and it was so full of spice, that its similar to taking a spoonful of garlic powder, and trying to eat that in one bite. just imagine eating a lemon, and that sour face that you make because its way too much flavor at one time? yes it was that bad. I did like the fries though. I’m not sure if this was a really bad time or if it tastes like this everywhere else, but if you think I’m over exaggerating, we can look at the numbers. we were a party of 6, and 5 of us could not get past one wing. Oh we really tried to, but it just couldn’t happen. the one flavor I did like was the mild one, I highly recommend that you stick with that if you still decide to go.

I came here on a Monday evening. The manager was very personable (I could tell he was the manager based on his personality) and the young man at the register was very kind as well. They asked for my ID when I gave them my CC and I really appreciated it. They told me that they were trying to prevent fraud. Credit card fraud is being a more prevalent problem. I appreciate a business that’s trying to help others as well as giving service with a smile.

Everytime I order extra crispy they never make it extra crispy. When I order online it takes more than 1 hour to get the food. The Mason rd location is faster and the wings are done as ordered. This is the only wingstop I encounter these issues with.

Wings are great at usual but the person at the cash register treated me like I was stupid. She was very rude and blunt with me and had an attitude problem the entire time I was ordering. Wish I could give this store 5 stars for their wings but employees play a big role in how a company looks and this store is the worst by far.

Had boneless original hot wings tonight, a to-​go order. Server couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful on my first time visit.
Wings had good flavor, a decent amount of heat. Had a side of veggie sticks and blue cheese dressing. The sticks were fresh, dressing was somewhat bland for blue cheese.
Overall pleased, would definitely eat here again.

Last night after more Christmas shopping we decided let’s pick up some wings from Wingstop. This. Was a great. Idea.
We ordered the family pack 30 wings with two sides. 20 lemon pepper, 10 garlic Parmesan & 10 honey barbecue bone in wings oh yeah we also got 10 spicy wings (I almost forgot about that)
we also ordered the French fries, a side of potato salad & one dozen of yeast rolls.
It was Great! We frequent this establishment maybe twice a month I really don’t know why. I’m just now doing a review on this restaurant. They drink machine has this cool new holiday drink with a Santa Claus on the button. I highly recommend you NOT get any of this drink it’s really gross. It stays pretty clean in this Wing Stop is in a great location it shares a plaza with Starbucks, sports clips, a dental office and a Chucky Cheese. Right down the road from the Katy mills mall & right off the feeder road to 110 highway.

Love the Lemon Pepper wings. Order took about 15 minutes, but it was made to order so that is acceptable. However, on a Sunday in November they really should’ve been watching the NFL on that huge TV. I would go again

I like meaty, crispy wings. These don’t fit the bill. But they have one of those drink fountains that has 7, 294 drink options. So there’s that.

Wings are ok. The restaurant is extremely dirty. Tables had pieces of food, grease residue and covered with crumbs. Dirty dirty and understaffed to care about the tables.

Not bad. I’m Excited to make my 80^th review on something I like a whole lot… WINGS! ! I’ve loved wings ever since I was old enough to chew. They are the perfect finger food. And btw, there’s no such thing as boneless wings… that’s just glorified chicken. nuggets, for people affraid of bones. Now… on the the review! This is a small location, it has a small dine in section, an even smaller waiting area with a tiny out door seating area (check out my photos). So if you come with a large group, you may have no seats for some. I ordered a sampler of teriyaki (tasted ok, with a hint of too much a salt), garlic parmesan (thank goodness I have low blood pressure… I may have died. these were super salty), Louisiana rub (ultimate salt killer!!! The rub must consist of color, and salt. no bueno), and yes three pieces of the boneless wings in Korean BBQ for good measure. Funny enough, the boneless «wings» were the best of the bunch. Go figure. The wings were ovwrall, well cooked, slightly crispy and they could have been more that what there were… an oily salt lick. I hope that this visit, the cooks just had a heavy hand, and made a mistake… I do plan on checking them out again in the near future to see if it was a fluke.

We have eaten here 4 times now and every time it is spot on… we love this place… we have gotten wings to go and eaten at the restaurant both are awesome… this place blows b-​dubs out of the water as far as quality goes… I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great wings and great customer service… (Ashley is the best)…

Staff is super friendly and food is awesome! Well seasoned and hot. Place is clean. Plenty of tvs and music is jammin too. Will be back for more wings!

I ordered take out online — 15 piece Classic Wings combo, Original Hot Sauce on 1÷3÷2015. My order was ready when I arrived and the cashier was very courteous. The restaurant was clean and brightly lit. It was a bit hard to find but it’s right next to a Starbucks. The food smelled great in the box! However, if you are very fond of hot wings like I am, the food was a major disappointment when I reached home. The wings tasted warmed over. The «Original Hot» sauce was bright red but not at all hot. In fact, I had to add hot sauce to them to get a taste someone close to a spicy buffalo wing. In fairness, it was only 1:00 PM in the afternoon on a Saturday and I was the only person there. Perhaps I was just unlucky to get some leftovers. Maybe the food is better when the restaurant is busy. My daughter ordered from them a couple of weeks ago and said the wings were great. I will give them one more try before crossing them off my list.
