First time trying this place and I was so disappointed. The chicken fettuccini Alfredo was so tasteless… You could pour a handful of salt on it and it’d still be tasteless… The only good thing about it was the staff. Not going back though.

Decent food and good prices. The waitress was super nice and friendly. The reason I give this 3 stars is because yesterday, the hostess seemed bothered we even walked in. Granted it was 8:30 and they close at 9:00. We knew exactly what we wanted and we’re going to be in and out real quick. The hostess is supposed to set the mood for a nice dining experience and make you actually want to come back. That’s not how I felt.

Hahaha!!! I would give this joke of a catering service negative stars if possible. I’ve dealt with so many vendors after a $ 80,000 wedding last year, and this is BYFAR the most hard to reach, two faced, unorganized, unreliable, vendor I have EVER worked with! ! Yes, this is Seth’s wife Harmony. The only reason I accepted the lame gift card was bc I Kim told me she didn’t put utensils for 20 people in our agreement. I disproved her by forwarding the email that said she did say it would include it and I copied the other staff SHE included as well in my response. The food was mediocre at best, I was just being nice. My husband wrote his review after we were offered the gift card after yet another late response. I will give your gift card to a homeless person for Christmas. I would never purchase anyone a gift card here for someone whom I really cared about. Of course Unilocal won’t delete this review, bc our experience is 100% real. So. …whoever you are, bc we NEVER spoke to a live person, that’s saying people normally use their own everyday expensive dishes for people who are drinking instead of plastic plates!!! For a house warming party? ?!! Are you kidding? ?!! I washed all our wedding dishes for 4 days! ! Do yourself a favor and just don’t use them. …Idc what their rebuttal is, there are a lot of places that do a better job. Even if people don’t see our Unilocal review, word of mouth is pretty powerful. I fully intend on telling everyone in the Ventana Lake community and Katy area that this is hands down the worst place to get food from. My stomach hurt for two days! ! Rest assure, I will have this matter taken care of by just telling other couples and families how awful this place was. Unbelievably rude, –stars.

My husband, 2 sons and I tried Hasta la Pasta on a whim… What a great choice! We arrived around 7:30 and were immediately seated. The service was prompt, attentive and courteous. Now… the food… What a pleasant surprise! The 10yr old ordered pizza, the 15yr old ordered lasagna, my husband had salad and mussels and I. had spaghetti with extra meat sauce. All were great!!! We all left very happy and made note that we had just found a restaurant we can ALL agree on(btw, NOT an easy feat)!

This place is great. I love the manager, Frank. The food is always good and they are always telling me about new wines they have in. The stuffed mushrooms are the best app. The Pesce Nero is great, the lasagna of course, and the Cannelloni Pepe are my favs. You should make this a regular place in your restaurant rotation!

Been here several times over the years, last time a week ago. I am always impressed with the food and good value. Ambience and service are just fair and not worth a drive. Great if you are in the neighborhood.

The CHICKENPICCATA&TIRAMISU are the best in the world. I’m not lying. I’ve been everywhere in the world. So you know my opinion is the most valid.

Updated review. Although we still don’t close to closing, we enjoy the food her tremendously. I cannot speak to our previous problem on whether it was resolved but the food is delicious.

We have lived in Katy for nearly 4yrs and have tried almost all of the Italian restaurants in town searching for our favorite. We went to Hasta la Pasta for the first time last night. We tried the toasted ravioli, Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo, Canneloni Pepe, and the De la Mare… all of which were exquisite! The Caesar Salad was fantastic as was the Creamy Pesto dressing on the house salad. Super attentive and sweet waitress made our visit absolutely perfect. We have found our favorite Italian restaurant!!!

Small intimate setting, I loved my food, coworkers didnt seem too impressed. Service was really prompt, and the fresh bread brought out for an appetizer was warm and soft! Id recommend checking out for dinner cause I stuffed myself then almost fell asleep after. No regrets though.

We just ate at hasta LA pasta and what a mistake. 1. The floor was nasty. Don’t think it had been swept in several days. NOEXCUSE. 2. Waiter was new and lost. Two managers were just standing around talking. 3. Asked for a Coors beer and they don’t serve Coors! 4. Asked for Italian dressing and they don’t serve Italian dressing. 5. No tomatoes in salad. Not much dressing! 6. Ordered chicken Marsala. Chicken was FRIED! Then canned sauce was poured on the chicken. House potatoes were swimming in grease. 7. Food was very salty and there was NO Marsala wine in the sauce. 8. Bread was good as was the butter. Paid the $ 44.00 bill for two people. Food was not worth $ 15.00 total. Gave them one star for the bread and butter. WEWILLNOTGOBACK… FORSURE!

We followed them from Humble. We were very happy to see this location open after we moved, several years ago. They have great food at reasonable prices. I order the Carbonara still, off of the menu, but good food. Something for everyone. Related to Lasagna’s in Sugarland.

Found this place by accident… but when we drove past, the wife and youngest kid begged to go there… We used to have a location close to home, but it closed a few months back. My wife was so happy to eat here and you always have to remember… if momma ain’t happy, ain’t no one happy. Please open another location in the Humble/Atascocita/Kingwood area…

Very disappointing. After arguing about the menu, the food that came out was passable although it appears that the chef is in love with salt. Atmosphere: Good Food: Fair Service: Poor If they dropped their prices they would provide competition to Olive Garden.

We have loved Hasta La Pasta for so long. We have had Birthday celebrations, Anniversary celebrations and many Homecoming and Prom dinners through the years. They are always so accommodating, fresh a wonderful food and a very quiet break from the loud noise of many Houston restaurants. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed and Hasta La Pasta will become one of your family favorites.

We stopped for lunch. The lunch menu was… underwhelming. Nothing made us say… hum…like to try that! Instead, it was… uhmmm. NOPE, NOPENOPE.YUCK. We decided to just share a pizza. It came half raw. Then, was taken back and the same pizza was served, still raw, but with the edges carbonized. We won’t be back.

Hasta La Pasta is mostly Italian, but has some Italian/Tex-Mex fusion food. We have been to this location in the past, but don’t recall it being as good as it was last night. A click2houston coupon brought us in around 6:30pm on a weekday. This was a good time to go, half-full and quiet. The fried ravioli was our appetizer, and it was delicious. My wife had the Chicken Marsala, and enjoyed it. My daughter had the spaghetti and meatballs and enjoyed that as well. The Cannelloni Pepe was a treat. I am a big Tex-Mex fan and the mix of ancho and poblano chiles with ricotta cheese, bacon, and cilantro was perfect. My wife had the mango martini and said it was good. In past visits, I have had the Hasta la Pasta house specialty, and recommend that dish as well. Our server was very helpful. He recommended the cannelloni and an excellent merlot. We didn’t have to wait long for our food. When the waiter brought us food boxes after our meal, he boxed the leftovers for us. Our drinks were never empty. We have been to many different Katy-area restaurants and have not had service this good. We didn’t have a cappuccino or dessert afterwards, but instead walked to the nearby Starbucks in Kroger.
