Owner came to my house and started a rant about Muslims, not knowing I have a daughter in law who is Muslim. Sweetest girl you could ever meet. We used them anyway since they were considerably cheaper than the larger van line company we had a quote from. Ended up with scratches on a few pieces of furniture that weren’t noticed until weeks later.
I will never use Foxx movers again. They need to send someone besides the old man who owns the place to give quotes as he seems to offend with his racist comments.

Run away from these guys. They are the classic «bait and switch» experts. We got a binding, written bid to move from a Houston house to storage to Austin. They misjudged the weight, then for the move from storage to Austin several months later, they increased our price by 29% or over $ 700 even though we were moving substantially less out of storage. They demanded a higher price knowing we were out of state and had no way to get another mover to take our things out of storage. Run, run, run away.
