Stopped in because I needed a d20 for some stuff I’m doing in my classroom. The guy working there was VERY patient with my lack of knowledge about what I was looking for(and gladly paused doing some highly detailed work on some figurines to do so). While I was being helped, we overheard another clerk providing some great, in-depth and knowledgeable customer service to a few other people. Going into the store, I felt like my grandma must have felt when she went to buy me video games when I was a kid, but the guys there were very kind to a newbie who was very clearly out of his element.

The selection of actual board games is about a dozen, with maybe another dozen smaller card games like Munchkin, and that’s about it. There was a wall of video games, so maybe that is what this place is about. The staff act like they could care less that you are there. I did get asked if I could be helped, but it felt more like a question of «why are you here?» There’s nothing at this store in the way of board games.(A drive to 435 and Metcalf to Tabletop games is well worth the drive.) For video games maybe the selection is good. I’m not into video games so I didn’t even pay attention to that section. My review is based on the selection of board games, and I would have at least given 2 stars since they did have more video games, but the service was not welcoming at all.

The worst game store ever! The owner ignores customers and is rude. He makes people feel add if they are a waste of his time. I’ll never go back! You should try out limited figuars instead.
