I will not be returning to fringe. I showed a picture of an ombré/bayalage and what I got was FAR from it. After I was done, I showed the stylist where the highlights were not blended and she pulled hair over from the other side of my part to cover it up. Neglecting to even listen to my concern. I couldn’t tell very well how bad it was until I got home(because the lights are so bad there) and my husband noticed it right away when I walked in. You could see exactly where the highlights started and it was 2 – 3 inches from the top of my head! I went back and the stylist seemed to have done NO wrong. She said yeah there is 1 spot where it wasn’t blended… actually it was all over. She put toner on it and it looked better but still not good at all. I paid 135 $ for something I did not ask for. If it was something I didn’t ask for and at least looked good it would be different but this was by far the worst highlight I had ever received. I asked to speak with a manger but she is out on maternity leave and no one has offered to help with my situation. I have left my name and number so hopefully I will get a call back. To make matters worse the stylist was so rude it was unbelievable. She gave me a 25% refund after I had asked but looked at me like I wasn’t speaking English. Sorry lady, put yourself in my shoes and see how you feel.
