Chipotle Mexican Grill

It was nice to finally find a good clean restaurant. The food was fresh and the line went fast. Good job

I have been to this Chipotle location multiple times, the food taste wise is good for the most part. But the reason I’m only giving them two stars is because they have screwed up my order multiple times on multiple occasions. I wouldn’t be as upset if they forgot things like fajita vegetables or salsa how ever it seem that every time I’ve placed an order they’ve forget to add guacamole to at least one of the items on my order. It angers me because I’m paying an extra amount for something that I’m not receiving.

Super efficient Chipotle location! I arrived to find a large line but was presently surprised at how fast it moved! Plenty of employees at all stations keeping it going!

There’s usually a big line but it moves pretty quick. They try to give you way to much rice and can be stingy on the meat. I once ordered a bowl for pickup with double meat and they didn’t give me near enough meat for what I paid extra for. Chipolte in general, not just this location is pretty overrated and the quality has gone downhill over the years. There are far worse places to grab a quilt bite to eat though.

Way too much fillers (Beans and Rice, Salsa, ect) for how much meat is put into their burritos. If Im spending 8 or 9 dollars for a big burrito, I certainly want to be able to taste the meat.

I love Chipotle. Every visit warrants 5 stars. This visit would have been a 5 star review as well however the atmosphere was horrible. I sat out on the patio and honestly, the wind was ridiculous. I could barely eat my food. Until Chipotle can get the wind under control then I will be eating inside from the point forward.

It’s ok. I much prefer qdoba and their many more options. Happy with the service and the speed in which they made orders. It’ll get the job done.

This must be the worst Chipotle ever.
Service: Slowest line ever, they seem in such a rush when you get up there that they often screw up your order or cannot seem to wrap the burrito without it breaking and end up re-​doing your order.
Food: They skimp on the meat portions every time, I have to ask them to put the actual serving portion on, it’s ridiculous! And don’t ask for double meat ahead of time because they will give you half and half of the two meats… because that makes sense.
Customer service: It’s like a really bad assembly plant with the workers talking to each other and worrying more about gossip than looking at your food when they are making it.
I’ll never come to this chipotle ever again.

Definitely not the best Chipotle. Expect super long and slow lines and mediocre food. I don’t mind driving the distance to go to the Chipotle on North Oak. At least it’s consistent.

Pretty average chipotle location, pros/​cons below…
Pros — consistent chipotle flavor, fast service (once you get through the long line), large outdoor seating area, plenty of parking.
Cons — don’t come if you’re in a rush since this location is BUSY. There’s generally always a long line. Also, they’re skimpy on the portions (have to ask for one more scoop a lot and I’m not the only one). Customer service is generally lacking (not very friendly and they seem to rush you through the line, probably because of the high customer volume).
Pretty average Chipotle experience but, this location isn’t going out of their way to make their particular location unique or make your experience a pleasant one.

This location always has a line, but it’s just to be expected. The line (during the many times we’ve been there) moves quickly however. The staff has always been helpful and fun (again, the times we are there). I’ve read conflicting reviews on staff but honestly they are all cool to me!
I like the options for lunch or dinner here and I’m happy knowing the kids will not be eating trash somewhere else! Rice, protein, veggies, etc are always good in my book!

This is the worst chipotle I have been to. The service is terrible. They never give you what you ask for. They have terrible attitudes. Everytime I go, the line is wrapped around the restaurant, not because of its popularity, but because if the shitty service. The staff is to busy chatting with each other about plans after work to do their job. I called in an order 45 minutes ahead and still had to wait at least 15 so they could finish making it. I ordered a burrito bowl and quesadilla. I’m never going back to this location.

As much as it pains me to bad-​mouth Chipotle, I have to rate this Chipotle poorly. I have a few bullet points.
First, the line. As many other reviewers have pointed out, the line moves ultra slow here. I have been in Chipotle lines before. I understand it is a price you have to pay, but it is unreasonable here. My first experience at this Chipotle was looking around and thinking ‘Wow, there are a LOT of students here. This place must be an after school hangout for the local high school.’ Well, that is very true. They are behind the counter too. They have conversations with their friends and slow the line to a crawl.
Second, the upkeep of the soda machine and napkin/​silverware bar. Very poor. Last time, I had to point out that they had not one, but 2 flavors were out on the soda fountain. The napkin/​silverware bar is often sparsely stocked as well. Both of these, again, a symptom of this place being run by a bunch of students. They are too busy talking with their friends to take care of upkeep.
Third, wife who loves Mexican food, and Chipotle is typically a go-​to meal, if she doesn’t want to go back to this Chipotle because she doesn’t think it’s very good, then you have a serious problem. Last time we were there, the rice was bland, the chicken was bland, the soda was not restocked, and the place was full of lazy students who just hang out.
I’m sorry, but you had it coming. We will find a different Chipotle. I suggest you do the same.

Easily the worst managed Chipotle I’ve been to. The line takes about twice as long as an average Chipotle location. I eat a lot of Chipotle if you can’t tell. The line workers don’t have a sense of urgency even though the line is spilling out of the door about half the time I’ve gone there. Even on the Sofritas promotion day they had the same amount of staff working (have another person work that day (it‘s a basic labor management action)).
Additionally, I want to point out the lack of hope I now have for the human race after the Sofritas promotion day (Jan. 26). I knew it would be busy, but I’m a sucker for a bogo burrito bowl so I toughed it out. When I finally got to see people order, they were not getting the Sofritas. I also listened to people in front and behind me talking about how they were gonna get their free burrito as they refrained from ordering sofritas. I think I’m losing my mind.
I seem to notice a recurring theme the longer I live in the Northland. It’s an attitude of: We don’t give a f$&@ and: Let’s see how s$&@/=# we can make everything.

You guys have to figure out why your line doesn’t move faster. It used to be that I could start in line at the back door and get thru in 10 minutes. Now your line ends up at your exit only door and it takes a half hour. This is not an isolated incident. What is the deal? You get 4 stars for the food but only 4 because tonight we had to try Panchero’s for the first time because our online order couldn’t be picked up for 90 minutes and my husband had never seen a line that long at your location. We will not be going back to Panchero’s and next time the line is that long, we will just have to go to Taco Bell. Which is just sad when you want Chipotle. I’m glad you guys are busy, but I am curious if you are doing more business or if it’s just taking too long to get thru the line!

Easily the most poorly run chipotle I’ve ever been in. No coke. No tea. No silverware. 15 minutes to go through the line when there were maybe 10 people ahead of us. All tables dirty, trash on the floor of the men’s room, no soap in the dispenser.

Typical chain store type food. Extremely Americanized but tasty nonetheless. Great for quick meals otherwise I prefer my mexican food served to me in a pastel colored building

This is such a great place to grab lunch or dinner! It is conveniently located in a strip mall with many other shops across from WalMart. The food is super fresh… And as Chipotle will proudly tell you, very organic and from animals/​plantations without antibiotics and preservatives.
Inside, this location is like many others in that they have exposed, almost decorated duct work, plumbing, and electrical piping. The menu has all kinds of great options, notably chicken, steak, vegetarian, and barbacoa. You can get these options in form of a burrito, soft tacos, hard tacos, or in a bowl. I recommend the bowl form purely because you seem to get more served that way.
The guacamole is really tasty here, and I highly recommend trying it. The problem is that it’ll cost you an extra $ 2 :(
I recommend also asking for the roasted veggies even if you order a meat menu item… They’ll come for free and are quite good.
The drink selection offers fountain soda plus bottled options behind the counter… Including beer!
The seating is great here because there are indoor and outdoor furniture to use. Overall, this place is worth a try. You may find yourself coming back here more often!

Generally I’m not a fan of either fast food or chain restaurants, but Chipotle has made me one of their converts. I always know what I’m getting, that it will be hot, fresh, and made exactly the way I want… and that it will taste good. What’s not to like about that?!
I’m guessing this Chipotle is much like any other Chipotle, but this one gets my review because it’s close by, and because the employees here are truly friendly. I don’t know what it is about this location, but some of the customers are awful! I’ve seen people make a HUGE deal over the tiniest things — like one day when a woman was absolutely having a fit over the fact that they had just run out of fajita veggies (though they were cooking more as quickly as possible), and yet the employees making the food never lost their cool. They did their best to make her happy, and even made her a free burrito with the coveted fajita veggies included, on top of the other burrito she ended up ordering. There’s another guy there who makes conversation with the folks in line when it’s slow… but not in a creepy way! He just seems to genuinely like people.
The restaurant is always clean, the drink area is well stocked, and we always have a good experience whether we eat in or take food to go. Plus, like I mentioned before, the employees making the food are quick, and keep the line moving, so I never have to wait long for my burrito bowl fix. I’m definitely a fan!
