Michelle’s Bar & Grill

Nice little spot to grab a beer and watch the Royals game! Amazing wings! They have a unique sauce on them that is superb. Friendly wait staff and great service. This was my first time here but I’ll be back for more games!

This is a great little joint. The food is fantastic and they have quite of variety of drunks. I’ve only been a few times but every time I’ve been the service, food, and drinks have been excellent.

The pizza is very good and the wings are the very best I have ever had anywhere else.
I the last year I noticed that the size of the wing pices is much smaller but the way the cook them is soooo very good. they are chrispy crunchy on the outside and juicy tender on the inside. Gladstone still allows smoking in there bars and for that reason I usually go to a KC bar and grill, I hate sig smoke! I smoking bothers you don’t come here but the bar is very clean even the bathrooms are clean just smoky ! The smoke loose a star, and the slow and slighty unfriendly service loose a star. improve thoughat 2 things and its a 4 star bar!

Small and cleanish. Good for late night drinks and a game if pool. Bottled beer only. Margaritas are ok. Seems to have about 10 regulars late night Saturdays. Lots of baseball caps and bellies. Karaōke is amusing and typically off-​key.

If you’re looking for the old style small bar, here’s your place. But it’s also big enough to be comfortable. While the menu is very limited on the food selection (wings, pizza, burgers) the quality is probably some of the best for most any bar.
And to top it off the service is excellent!

BEST WINGS IN THE CITY HANDS DOWN! I’ve eaten wings all over the country and I can’t think of any that are better! The pizza is pretty good, wouldn’t call it the best though. But I love this place. Yeah, it’s small and smokey, but the staff and patrons are all so friendly, and drinks are a bargain. Everyone should come here at least once to be blown away by the wings! Fantastic!

I like this SMOKEY little bar but I have good and bad feelings about this place. Their sign says «Home of the Best Buffalo Wings and Pizza in K.C.». I have been here three times now and I feel like an outsider due to the better service the regulars get here.
The Bad
Tonight I sat down at the bar and ordered a beer and wings from the first bartender which i believe is the owners daughter, she seemed to be very good. When her shift was over, one of the owners took over and the service declined. My drink was empty 15 minutes before I finished eating and wasn’t offered another one until i was ready to leave even though I was sitting right in front of the bartender while she was mixing drinks.
The Good
They have 4 or 5 TVs, 2 pool tables and a dartboard or two. I have had wings all over the city and I think that their wings may very well deserve the title of the best wings in K.C. The wings are small but the buttery sauce definitely makes up for that. I had the hot sauce tonight and I thought the taste was great. The spice didn’t overpower the taste of the wings. I had the pizza about 3 years ago and if I remember correctly that was also very good.
All in all I would love to give this place more than three stars but the hit and miss service definitely holds this place back if you aren’t a regular.
