Normally one of my favorite ff restaurants, as a chain The facility is always clean, the food is always good the staff is always extremely friendly.(I have had my order messed up relatively frequently, however.) I’m not sure if management changed or what, but tonight was a different story, as for the first time, the clerk was rude and snippy. Was off-putting enough, but when typically the staff is almost overly-kind, it really was a bit shocking. We’ve been to this location relatively frequently this summer. But think we’ll give a break to give the new girl some time to learn her manners.

Excellent food as usual, price is decent, get a combo for around $ 6 so usual fast food price. One thing that sets them apart from other places though is they actually bring the food out to you, come to your table and refill your cups, … And basically act like a good waiter. That may be customary in a regular restaurant, but this a fast food place, somewhere you don’t expect these kind of things. This is one of my favorite places to grab a bite if I don’t feel like cooking, definitely going to keep coming back.

12 one inch little shriveled up nuggets in a tiny box, about 10 waffle fries and a drink for $ 8.59! Interesting what people will pay in order to make a statement about where they like to eat. They started out great but the portions have been cut back. Trust me, I’m old enough to remember when they first started. I’m Christian and conservative but I’m not wealthy enough to afford their prices for such small portions that were not served all that fresh.

Good food and good service but I have had a couple bad experiences when it came to my orders. 2÷7÷2015 I asked for 1 large fries but was charged for 3 medium fries. Since I was trying to be the better person instead of having them do a price adjustment and give me a large fries I decided to keep the 3 medium fries. I’m sure it was an accident because I ordered 3 sandwiches but I was trying to save money. The other time I had to pay twice for a salad. I respect the high school kids trying to make their own money but I can’t respect the fact that after 2 mishaps that it’s going to happen over and over again. It gets busy in the afternoon. I think I will just go to Firehouse Subs for now on before the movies or eat at the movies.

The service here is always great. The staff even came out to tables during their downtime to refill drinks and take away trash. I was quite surprised at how they went above and beyond for what I expect of a fast food restaurant. Well done! And a clean location.

Best customer service in fast food. Closed on Sundays. I would love to give 4 but theyre closed on sundays. Great all you can take sauces. Refills on soda are a pain at the counter.

Had my first bad experience at Chick-Fil-A today. I was on a quick lunch break from a training session and had my mouth set on a grilled chicken sandwich and fries from Chick-Fil-A. I got to the drive-thru at 11:30 and there were at least 10 cars in front of me. But they were moving quickly, so I stayed in line. I ordered and pulled up. The attendant handed the bag to me, rang up my credit card, and handed it back to me. I asked for ketchup and he said it was in the bag. I know I should have looked in the bag, but as busy as they were, I didn’t want to hold up the line. My mistake. When I got back to the training facility, I pulled out the contents of the bag to find two sandwich wrapper/bags. No fries. In each of the bags was a crispy fried chicken sandwich. I had settled on the grilled chicken because I’ve been trying to eat healthier. I know that fries aren’t great, but I had ordered a small to go along with the healthier sandwich. But here I sat with two deep-fried pieces of chicken, despite my good intentions. I ate one of the deep fried sandwiches, which was much more greasy than others I had before. It was so greasy that I had heartburn the whole afternoon I was stuck in the training session. I tossed the other in the trash. I couldn’t fathom eating it. I’m still craving a grilled chicken sandwich. I have training all week, so maybe I’ll go back and try for one. But I’ll be holding up the line while I check the order before I drive away this time.

My boyfriend goes there all of the time & is always happy. I eat there about 1 – 2 times a month. All menu items are good. My favorites are chicken strips and fries. Boyfriend likes spicy chicken sandwiches and shakes.

What can I say? I love Chick-Fil-A! I only hit the drive-thru, but I have to say, they are the fastest and most polite business and have never goofed up my order(regular sandwich, extra pickels, with Chick-fil-a sauce) They guy at the window always has a smile and I really appreciate it.

Menu isn’t all that big. Sandwiches are usually pretty good. They just now have started offering a spicy chicken sandwich, which is a step in the right direction. Fries lack flavor. A little salt would be nice. Don’t have to go crazy with it, but a little seasoning matters. Shakes are consistently the best thing on the menu.

I just want to say THANKS to the Chick-fil-A crew for always having GREAT customer service and good hot food. In all my years, I’ve never eaten fast food consistently without a single complaint. Congratulations on being a wonderful company, it’s been ‘my pleasure’ to write this review. For the record: I looooove their chicken nuggets and waffle fries. I mix their ranch and bbq sauce together(2 parts ranch to 1 part bbq sauce) and it makes the most wonderful combination! Top it off with a fresh sweet tea, and viola, you have a fantastic meal!(and filling too!)

First time to this location. Like all of the other locations to which I’ve been, the service is always friendly and helpful. Food is tasty. Clean. Decent access, being in between Ward Parkway and State Line Rd.

I really love chicken. That said, not many fast food places do good chicken sandwiches. They are always fried or assembled out of chicken parts. This place does flavorful, juicy, marinated chicken breast. The fact that I can get a low-cal lemonade with my chicken sandwich, spells home run for me. They also have tons of different sauces(if you are into that), like ranch and buffalo. They have big waffle fries, which I don’t really care for… but this is good, because I don’t order fries. The servers are so sweet and helpful that it is almost suspicious. Two negatives are there need to be more locations and they are closed on Sunday because of religious reasons. Sure enough, I am always craving this place on Sunday’s. Jesus says, feed the hungry!

This CFA is fast, clean, friendly, kid-friendly, and only once have I ever gotten slightly yucky fries. It’s a well-oiled machine run by smiling Christian teenagers who would probably cry and call the cops if they smelled a little mary jane getting smoked out by the coolers. In short, it’s the opposite of all the nasty Midtown fast food joints I often frequent. Their chicken sammies are never greasy and for the same price as a McPinkSlime concoction I can eat a real chicken meal here. I can’t stand their politics, I do not for a second condone how they push religious music in their stores and they donate money to causes I strongly disagree with. Yes, I know my purchases here get funneled to shitty things but aaaaackkkk their food is so good and it’s so clean in there. And they’re so eerily nice. Sigh. I guess I enjoy dipping my nuggets into Polynesian sauce and shame. Delicious shame.

Long story short: As their slogan is, «Eat Mor Chikin!» or something like that. Long story long: Now, I should tell you guys, I don’t try to eat very much fast food. And I’m not saying that because I’m a chef, but its more for health reasons. However, I do have my exceptions. Chick Fil-A is one of those exceptions. You can ask me for the others if you are really THAT curious. My friend and I came here for a quick dinner, as we had just arrived in KC less than hour prior. Plus I also wanted to go to Target afterward. Back in LA, there’s maybe 2 Chick Fil-As in the entire area. None of which(as much as I was aware of) were even remotely close to me. Before moving here, I had Chick Fil-A maybe once, when I lived down in Orange County, which is where one of them are located. I don’t remember exactly what I felt about it then, but since then, I’ve been wanting to try it again and was mildly excited that I would be having a couple nearby. Walking in, this place is kept very clean. They have a drive-thru as a play area in the back. We went up to order. Now, in case you happen to live under a rock and have NEVER heard of Chick Fil-A, their menu features nothing but chicken. They don’t have anything beef, pork, or fish. Their signature is a classic Chick Fil-A sandwich, an all white meat breaded chicken breast on a bun, with pickles. If you want to get fancy, you can get the deluxe, which comes with green leaf lettuce, tomato, and cheese. The combos come with crisscut fries and always, gotta get sweet tea. Our orders were shortly ready and we dug in. Maybe because we were a little hungry, but it totally hit the spot. I mean, its simple and done right. It’s not something at like Burger King where their classic«chicken» sandwich is a mashed up patty of constituted chicken. I’ve been back here a couple more times and I’ve gotten their chicken tenders and chicken nuggets. Those have been good too, though the chicken nuggets are TINY. It’s almost like popcorn chicken. So yes, in a bind, or for a guilty indulgence, I will continue to come here.

I came to Kanas City to see a Royal’s game and spend an anniversary weekend with my Fiancée’ and one of the things she said we must try is Chick-Fil-A. I’d heard a lot of good things from other folks despite it being a fast food chain, so I was curious to see what all the hub-bub was about. I’ll start out with what I really liked about this location; the service. I was incredibly impressed with the staff at the State Line Rd location, I honestly felt like I was in a much different establishment than a fast food joint when we were there. As I walked into the place, I saw an insanely long line(it actually went out the door) and people rushing around everywhere. This turned me off a bit, but the line moved very quickly and soon enough we were at the counter to place our order. The employee behind the counter(Drew aka Rooster) was extremely friendly, striking up a conversation with us and asking us about our trip, etc. In passing I mentioned this was the first time I had been to Chick-Fil-A but had heard a lot about it. Well, next thing I know, I paid for my meal and as I sat down to the table I realized he had given us a big discount, along with a Chick-Fil-A cow souvenir. When our order was up, he saw that my hands were full and brought our tray over to our table personally. He then talked with us for a few minutes despite the restaurant being crazy busy. Overall, this is simply service you can’t get at 90% of establishments anymore, and I was fairly wow’d. The other employees were also very quick to clean things up all over the restaurant, and polite. I can’t say enough good things about the service here. As for the food, sorry folks, I’m just not as enthusiastic as others who have made this a cult favorite. The chicken was good, don’t get me wrong, but it didn’t stand out at all from other chains aside from the home-made breading. The waffle fries were very basic, and the dipping sauces were about the same quality as the ones at McDonalds. Not quite sure why people rave about it, but it was good enough for that day. Still, if I had a choice between chicken places, I’m still more of a popeyes fan as they have really good buttery biscuits to go along with the scrumptious chicken. The service at this joint completely makes up for the food and crowd though, so if I were hankering for fast chicken and in KC again, I’m pretty sure this would be at the top of the list.

This location is right next door to of my jobs, so I’ll probably be going their almost every day which is fine with me because the people are just so nice and my food is always ready SUPER fast. The place is always jammed packed, so if you’re eating inside, be prepared to search for a seat. I love the variety of sauces to choose from. I always pick up a ketchup, ranch, mayo, and special Chick-Fil-A sauce. As mentioned before, the staff is beyond friendly. Refills are free if you eat inside. The only problem I’ve had is when I got my food to– go one day. My food was ready super fast like usual, but after I had hopped in my car and drove literally just 1 minute down the road, my fries were practically ice cold. This was disappointing because I had ordered extra fries and they were all a misrable state of cold. Good chicken sandwich(which a choice of 3 different cheeses!), speedy service with a smile, and some delcious sweet tea!

This was my first visit to a Chick-Fil-A. I had no idea what to expect and had my doubts that the chicken would turn out to be over-hyped. Not so! The greenery on my Chicken Deluxe was crisp. The buttered bun was lofty. The chicken was succulent and not briny. The tomato slices were sweet — totally the opposite mealy texture I expected it them to be. My mind was blown once again when I had my first waffle fry. It had the most lovely, billowy potato texture just below its golden brown, peanut oil-fried surface. Mmm. I’ll definitely make the drive to a Chick-Fil-A closer to home.

Never had a bad experience here. I was just there this morning because I had coupon for a BYGO chicken biscuit. They didn’t scoff at my coupon and they let me add pickles. That’s the way to go. You have to pre-evaluate the drive through because most of the time it is quicker to go in and get what you want –I say more than 3 cars, it’s not worth it. You should go in anyway because that’s where they keep those great soft mints. Sometimes I get a funky taste on only one bite of the sandwich… it’s weird. Usually only happens when I have two back to back(probably a built in punishment). It’s enough to make me not order another one but up until that bite, I am in heaven. I don’t blame them though… I guess sometimes a chicken just tastes weird(what with the hormones and whatnot). It’s the peanut oil that’s so great. Really that’s what sets them aside… that and they don’t process the meat with fillers. Anyway, they have some pretty good sweet tea. Husband likes to have them mix the lemonade and the tea together. They don’t bellyache about that. They are cool like that. They are just pretty cool in general. If you dine in, they come around asking if you need a refill or anything else and clearing your table of rubbish. They are always smiling too… As I mentioned, they offer coupons. I got mine on the back of my Price Chopper receipt. Heck, I’ve been in there eating and they just decided to hand out free sandwich coupons. Seems like they have a lot of promos. They celebrate their anniversary for instance. I got a free chicken nugget box for wearing a football shirt for some crazy promo. I have no shame. All for the love of free. I enjoy the classic Chick-Fil-A sandwich… because it has a pickle. :-) I like it when others order it too… just in case they don’t like pickles(hey, you going to eat that?). I’m glad that they finally started opening franchises here because picking Chick Fil A as my one place to eat when I went home was pretty pathetic. I do think they should offer gravy though. Their sauces don’t do it for me. However, my husband sides with Polynesian. PS: Breakfast stops at 10:30am, open until 10pm. They are closed on Sunday.
