Walked in at 1pm on a Saturday. It is 70 outside and there is literally not a cloud in the sky. Thought we would have a nice lunch on the huge patio we saw while driving by. Was told«oh our patio isn’t open.» Seriously. Turned around and walked out, and drove to another chain bar where they were perfectly happy to seat us outside and provide us with drinks and a tasty lunch. Get it together, BDubs.

It’s wings, beer and sports, like any BWW. The service seems slightly better than other locations, the kitchen seems to get orders out promptly. Overall a good experience each time I visit this location.

Got off to a bad start by ordering water. Got an attitude from our server. Food was average. Service was average. Not as good as some BWW

Called to place a to go order. Somebody answered and put me on hold for a cashier. Waited on hold for 5:30 minutes until I gave up. This was 4pm on a Thursday.

Let’s face it — this is bar food and while I was excited about trying the wings, they were ok — some better than others. The boneless were breaded — so… we should have ordered naked. The ginger spiced ones were really good. This is the place to watch local sports. Really noisy inside and the floor is slick so be careful walking around. If you want to be able to talk with your table, sit outside — still plenty of TV’s to watch.

15 minutes sitting at bar. 22 beers poured, 8 mixed drinks made. I was not offered anything. Restaurant crowded, but bar had several open stools.

I’ve been to quite a few BW3’s over the years but never in KC. I went here for lunch with my coworkers and had a decent experience. The food came quickly and was prepared as expected. The waiter actually brought a refill before I finished my drink, impressive! There are plenty of TVs both big and small and the dining area is more open than some B-Dubs I’ve been to although maybe a little smaller. I would come back during game time!

Very disappointed. Stopped in for an early dinner. Our waitress(1 of ~10 for the 5 tables that had customers) was inattentive(my drink was empty for the last 35 minutes even after I asked and we had to ask for regular napkins. Food was thrown together with no care. Seasoning was just thrown at our wings when they were already in their basket and a burger looked like a tossed salad with a bun mixed in. The manager slinked around and made really uncomfortable small-talk with random tables and stood in the way of waitresses and patrons. Waitress tossed a bare receipt on the table saying«here’s your check» without even stopping, she literally dropped it on the move. I’m a fan of BWW but will not be eating at this location again. You’d think with 6 other decent restaurants within sight they would at least put some effort into their location.

Frozen chicken wings with sauce squirted over the top and thrown into the microwave. Lazy no standards cooking. The waiter was nice.

What a great place to get into the game day atmosphere. BWW, has taken wings and TV’s in all shapes and sizes, to offer customers an entertainment experience. Add in the trivia games and kids games, and you have good food and good atmosphere, but if your really looking for excitement, try the BWW blazing hot wing challenge. On another night, we took up a $ 140 collection, for my buddy to eat 6 blazing hot wings, in 10 minutes, the restaurant challenge is 6 min. Anyway, 2 wings in, my buddy threw in the towel and proceeded to eat ice cream and beer for the next 30 minutes trying to regain the feeling in his mouth. We had a gut busting laugh, watching him try to win the money, and he still cusses us when we tell the story. Anyway, we went on boneless wing night, every Thursday is $ 0.65/boneless wing day. The family did 50, meaty, decent sized, not to heavily breaded boneless wings… dipping sauces were, honey BBQ, teriyaki sauce, honey mustard, medium, Asian zing, salted Carmel, and my new favorite, HOTBBQ… a mix of sweet heat, that hit the spot with me. I’m glad I opted away from my dry rub desert heat, but it’s still my fav… dry rub. Add some fries and celery/carrot boats and the family was happy happy happy… We’ve done the wraps, burgers, and salads… all are very good, the only thing I would not order again, are the onion rings… very bready and lacking any flavor except… grease…yuck… If wings and sports are on the menu, you can’t go wrong… hint…if you wanna watch UFC or a fight, call early and arrive earlier, the place packs up…

I’ve been to this location more than a few times. It’s usually to meet up with friends and kids since it’s loud, busy, kid and adult friendly food, and there are a gazillion TV’s with every sport of the moment playing. I’ve had some«hit» experiences and a couple«misses» too, but tonight was a pretty good one. B Dubs is divided into two sections, sit down seating when you walk in and the«bar» side in the back. It’s really no different other than they have the bar height chairs and there’s a dividing low wall between the two. Atmosphere is exactly the same. I’ve read some pretty downright rotten reviews about this location, and I’m double crossing my fingers as I type so I don’t jinx myself, but I’ve never had those horrendous experiences as a few fellow Unilocalers have had. It is busy. Like CrAzY arse busy on a Friday or Saturday night. We went tonight on a Wednesday and it was packed! The fact that it’s in Zona, it’s right off 1 – 29 and it has some outdoor seating makes it ripe for being overcrowded. So, if you know this in advance you will assume that peak times equals lots of waiting. I ordered my Asian Zing wings(duh…what else?!), kids had Pulled Pork Sandwich with Honey BBQ, cheeseburger/fries, and some plain original wings. Tonight, mine were probably the best I’ve eaten here so far. The chips and salsa however? Gross. My hubby said they were good. I think his taste buds are diminishing. They were stale, oily, again STALE and yuck. My son agreed. Thankfully he inherited my superior taste buds. Our waiter was not super awesome, but not terrible by any means. Never got a refill and had to flag down a manager for a new one, we ran out of napkins(I think we had one a piece which does not nearly cut it in a wing joint), and my blue cheese ran out after about 5 wings and I had to steal my kids ranch because our waiter was MIA for awhile. I will say, that he had a bunch of tables besides ours so he spent a lot of time covering everyone else. A decent experience tonight and food was served tasty. Only other bummer is that I discovered a new menu tonight and they’ve gotten rid of the frozen sangria. What? I guess I will have to find something else to drink at B Dubs when the Royals make it to the World Series again this year!

Slow customer service for takeout. make sure you call ahead in order to avoid the wait. One person working take out … while she’s on the phone… there are people waiting to order to pickup. Location is convinced Zona Rosa and it’s a little bit smaller than traditional BW3s. Food is still good but wished they had better service… maybe an off day?

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite restaurants however this location is terrible. I have eaten there a handful of times giving them the benefit of the doubt. Each time I have been disappointed with poor customer service, rude wait staff, and low quality food. This last time I actually left before even ordering due to incompetence and rudeness on the part of their staff. Next time I have a craving for BWW I am heading to the Liberty location.

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite places ever. This location is the worst location. Do not go here! Take the trek over to Liberty where the servers, cooks, and bar are efficient! Worth the drive over to Liberty 100% of the time. If you really want to eat here, drive to any other location and get it to go, and bring it here. Servers were slow, food was over a 45 minute wait for wings(and that was with half the seats empty), and no one cared that we were frustrated and drink less

$ 14 for two domestic beers! My wife and I have always liked BWW, so why not this place? Because they’re charging airport prices for their beers. We didn’t understand this until I ordered two pints of Sam Adams Rebel IPA, paid with a $ 20, and received $ 6 back. When I asked to verify how much the beers were the bartender said $ 6.25 each plus tax. A LOT of tax in his opinion, and that’s what he blamed the high price of beer on. I blame it on the BWW management for charging $ 6.25 per beer. We have never been anywhere that a Rebel IPA costs more than $ 4 for a pint(including tip). And to top it off, the bartender poured the beer with 1⁄3 of the glass filled with foam. I don’t mind a beer head, but that was ridiculous. He said he was told to pour a Sam Adams that way. Apparently they don’t even want to give you a full pint for your $ 7. And last but not least, the actual bill came to $ 13.93, but the bartender only gave us 6 ones back. Apparently with the high price of beers he didn’t think anyone who could afford to pay for a round would want the $.07 back. Well, that’s what he got for tip.

I love BW3, but this location is terrible. Absolutely, horrifically, awful. The last experience I had there really took the cake, so now you shall get the pleasure of hearing about it. We arrived at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday. The hostess was nowhere to be seen, nor was anyone near the host stand, so we sat down. Fifteen entire minutes later… here comes the hostess. She’s an older lady and always working, but since we were the only ones to be seated, she acted like it was NBD or didn’t ask us how long we’d been there. Off we went to the dining room, seated at a large round table for only 4 people.(2 adults + 2 kids) TWENTY minutes later, our waitress arrives to get our drink order and she profusely apologizes for the wait and says that all the tables are hers. We were annoyed, but we ordered drinks, apps and dinner since it took her so dang long to get to us. I looked at my spouse after she left and I said«I bet none of the order is right,» as we sat at a round table and she stood on the opposite side. And we were SHOUTING our orders to her. How about take 2 steps over to us so you can actually hear?! Low and behold, it was all wrong. First of all, it took FORTY-FIVEMINUTES. By this point, I’m so pissed I asked for new food in to go boxes. My kids were tired. We’d been there a solid hour plus. with not even dinner in a restaurant that was 1⁄3 full. I got traditional wings and boneless came out. My spouse had honey BBQ and hot BBQ came out. I had buffalo chips with cheddar cheese and they had pepperjack. OURWAITRESSHADTHEGAULTOROLLHEREYESATUS. Twice! Have I mentioned that one person’s food came out at a time? Mine, the all wrong one, was originally last. So there we sat. my whole family done eating, and we’re waiting for my correct food. We asked for a manager, one never came. Our youngest was in tears. I took the kids to the car while we paid. It was a two hour disaster and I won’t be back! We drive to Liberty now. I drove home, put the kids to bed, and ate my dinner at 9:30 pm. 3 hours after we arrived at BW315 minutes away from our house.

The atmosphere is ALWAYS great. Me being a guy, i enjoy looking at beautiful women, and i must say the waitresses are gorgeous. Along with being pretty their service is always great, refills when needed and check-ins regularly. The food for the most part is always what i expect. Occasionally ill get food that looks as though its been sitting for awhile before getting to me. But that can be fixed with a simple chat with your waitress. Also on busy nights i love catching a game of poker on the buzztime pads, its always great to not know who exactly you’re playing with on a busy night. Overall this is a great place to go watch the big game or fight, or even just for a lunch date.

After a busy day of visiting stores my business colleague and I wanted casual food in a relaxing atmosphere. Neither of us had been to Buffalo Wild Wings, and this location was within a few miles of our hotel so we decided to give it a try. Arriving at about 8:30PM we grabbed two of the few empty stools at the bar. We noticed several televisions, each with a different sporting event. So far, so good. BWW offers an ample selection of cold draft beer that really hit the spot. I wanted wings, so I opted for the small portion(about 10 pieces) doused in their Caribbean Jerk sauce and a side of fries. The wings were outstanding and the sauce was very flavorful with just the right amount of heat for my palate. The jerk flavoring was a nice departure from my usual hot buffalo sauce. The fries were crispy and cooked just right. I appreciated that the staff was attired so they were easily identified. Each seemed to enjoy their work, which translates to good Guest service. This turned out to be just what the doctor ordered, and BWW will enjoy a spot on my regular business travel rotation when casual and relaxing is the order of the day.

If you like BW3s then you’ll get what you expect. In addition to that, this location has a great layout and fantastic service. Keep it up guys; I’ll be back again many times. Tip: ask for your wings to be a little extra crispy. Yum yum.
